The entire fleet of Trenitalia and Trenord regional trains will be renewed with Hitachi rock trains and Alstom pops, all built in Italy. More than a thousand new regional trains will be introduced throughout Italy. The plan is to replace all regional trains from 2019 until 2024 Once delivery is complete, Italy will have the most beautiful and new train park in the world among the regional trains and the new high-speed trains.

@@valerianocuomo996 To every late-night reader of this soap opera with Mr Cuomo here: the overall condition of Italian transportation is decent, with the South of Italy lagging a bit behind thanks to the poor management of railways there, which is a courtesy of Trenitalia SpA however, the national company. The elegant, refined and totally non-foul mouthed marquis here just can't wrap his head around the fact that Southern Italy is Italy as much as the North, poor lil thingy. About the avec, his flaming wrath fogged his brain, things that happen with these patriotic geniuses . Salve a lei marchese. The trains to Como that depart from the legendary railway station of the Northern Milan Railways (FNM) called Milano Cadorna, end the journey in the railway station called Como Lago Nord (north as it belongs to the historical company of the Northern Milan Railways), which is a few meters from Lake Como (Lario), from the steamers and the funicular to Brunate, to be taken absolutely without ifs and buts! At Milano Cadorna it is possible to buy direct tickets (through tickets) both for Brunate and for the places that can be reached by steamer.

1:30 I like that we've now started using actual locals to do the foreign languages as well across Europe. It gives it more character. When announcements in foreign languages started becoming regular in the 90s they always got some American or British voice actor (or an actor from wherever the language is from) to do it and it just isn't as charming.

In theory, they could let you off if the train is crowded and there are no free seats: a novelty introduced following the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, if the travel solution you have selected includes several trains or buses to replace canceled trains, the system will print, in addition to the actual ticket, a specific coupon for each train included in the price. Beware of tickets for travel solutions that contemplate the use of urban transport, which are generally not included in the price of the railway ticket (for example the underground line 2 between Milano Centrale and Milano Porta Garibaldi). In any case, to move between Milan and Como or vice versa, I prefer the trains that run between Milan Cadorna and Como Lago Nord, a railway station located a few steps from the lake.
