As much as I teach game technique in nearly every video. It's the PROCESS of game that will really get you good. Think of it like the difference between being informed of new discoveries in science versus LEARNING THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD... the latter is the key to long-term progress. Here is my method for practicing game to make sure you get outstanding results.

Cause pickup was and is a scam. Girls look for who you really are. What you achieved in life and how you see yourself in othee word confident and how others see you. You dont get your shit together by learning some stupid pickup techniques or practice. You will soon wake the fuck up and will see by faking it you are not gonna make it in long run. If you dont grow as a person you don't learn any social "skill". Its a scam

@@ehsanag5837 You'd think you guys would use some common sense and extrapolate from other skills you've acquired in your life. You need both sides cooked to fry a proper burger. "I'm just gonna practice piano when I feel like it" vs. "I'm going to ignore feeling and just hammer out the scales". See the glaringly obvious? I'd suggest looking elsewhere for building confidence and spiritual groundedness than the pick up community but if you have no grasp on female psychology and especially how it pertains to cold approaching, your confidence will only take you so far.

Summary/notes Recommendations: - 3x approaches at least in 1 go - 3 days a week minimum - ex: Friday, sat, Tuesday (3x3) - reasoning: good frequency for analysis, and prevents rusty ness - warnings: - don't go out and do a ton of approaches a day like 10+, because u want to have a life LOL, and to bring good vibes to a set (so u don't hate the game) What do you focus on when you go out? - figure out what ur success criteria is (ex: get a date, or finish a full set) - make sure you succeed 30% of the time, ideally 50-70% of the time or else it'll be frustrating. Don't make it too high or else it's gonna be too boring - get to flow - TRACK RESULTS AND NOT EMOTIONS. - come up with a hypothesis for why you're failing. Then test it - change something related and see if it improves - be very specific with this change (i.e. girls aren't reciprocal of my cold approach because I come off too strong, add more pull than push for ex)

Also, I like you put the caution about approaching TOO much. Not only can lead to, as you say, becoming stale, losing interest in doing it. But it’s also the fact that that time could be better spent increasing your SMV in other ways. I’ve come across a few guys that think that all they have to do to get results is approach, approach, approach- yet they don’t even go to the gym, which I think could do a lot more for their results.

Now that I have more fbuddies than I can satisfy it would make sense to focus on health. Otherwise Pickup is like MMA. 99.99% of people get the massive increases from improving technique, and physical fitness and external factors such as advanced grooming are not worth it, iow always level up your game. And the 00.01% of people where gym counts they already have impeccable game. But gym + bad game will lead to mediocre results at best. Probably not even intermediate level, just bad.

Not gonna lie have had some success this way but have only noticed very little improvement in my game overall and have yet to bang a 9 or 10 or even an 8. I’m gonna start holding myself to staying sober and building momentum so I can analyze my results effectively. Thanks Todd!

This video speaks volumes regarding fundamentals. Back in Feb 2018 I made a 30-day commitment to approach at least 1 woman per day and wrote down my results in a journal. One year later I've continued the process with amazing results by my standards. This video takes me back to the drawing board. Approaching women consistently and keeping a journal has helped immensely. Thank you Todd.

When he said “if level 1 was too hard you’d probably give up” and I immediately thought of Dark Souls 3 and laughed. I almost did give up, but I kept trying. Eventually I beat that first “tutorial” boss and was overwhelmed in a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. It was because through repetition I started to learn the patterns of my opponent (the girl, even though seeing a girl as an opponent isn’t a good frame but you get my point) and I learned, adapted and then dominated. I imagine this is how game is. Like Dark Souls 3, it appears VERY daunting at first until you become more experienced.. then you continue on through the game excited for the next big challenge knowing you faced knee weakening adversity and anxiety before and overcame it. I guess this is like how you start with 6’s and work your way up to smoking hot 10’s to really put your skills to the test after you sharpened your sword enough.

I love that "do not judge your results by your emotions ..." I am from Argentina and I think that's the most powerful advice of game, because if you judge the results incorrectly, you will never improve in any area of your entire life. We need to mantein control of our emotions or they will take control of our lives. I have to add that is important to be cold in this because if we analyze things and add what we feel to what it simply is, we will lose the north and consequently it will take much longer to solve our mistakes. This is something that I did wrong despite having taken a lot of action. And that's also why a mentor helps so much because that person is not feeling what we feel, he only sees what's wrong and does say how to fix it. Pd: JP is the CJ versión of pickup (GTA SA)

If anyone is reading this. There is also very practical addition to the 3x3 approaches a week routine that Todd mention, in a new video, that I found very useful. He mentioned that 2 out of the 3 days can be replaced by dates/instant dates/longs sets. But you have to have atleast one day where you do your 3 approaches that week. So for e.g. you could have 2 dates and a day with 3 approaches a week. Or you could have 1 instand date and 2 days with 3 aproaches for example. I found this helps to keep you from burning out. Motivates you to actualy get dates because they are more relaxed (burn less social calories) and they dont take more of your time on top of the 9 approaches you are already doing. It also motivates you to stay in set and push for instand dates and long sets. All of this is great becuase these things (atlest for me) are the ones that get you results the most. If you wanna hear exatctly how he said it, the video is "Advanced Conversation Techniques that Actually Work"

Very interesting video. But it will be very interesting to know how interpret girls reactions. For example how you can interpret when girl instantly hates you after good interaction before. Is this something you did right now, or you lead to it? Thank you.

I have brought home some low SMV women and had a great time. I feel like the super hotties get mad that I think I even have a chance. I also have low self esteem from childhood trauma so I’m working on how I present myself. Nice clothes and a good attitude make a big difference in how women respond to me. If I feel good about myself, the rejection doesn’t slow me down and I feel like she is missing out. Hard to do that when I’m spiraling in shame and depression, so I’m prioritizing mental health to improve game.

Question: I often treat dm’s on dating/social media apps like an in person interaction, and I end up shooting myself in the foot because it’s harder to convey that I am teasing and being flirty strictly through text. I’ll disqualify or nag and sometimes it works but often it doesn’t. Whats your advice for dm’s especially before you meet/hangout with the girl?? Hey Todd, you’re killing it, and the content is literally life changing, thank you!

Cam don’t dm any girls on Instagram... it’s puts them on a pedestal and therefore the interest in you won’t be much... the main thing to get them attracted is in person sexual tension not the words... eye contact body contact and body language etc...

I agree in all of this. But this is where you and I differ Todd. I welcome feelings, not see them as obstacles. Listen to your gut. Act on it.

I find it almost impossible to analyse results, because it just seems that the only variable that matters is out of my control. And it's HER! Personally, I get rejected early in set quite often. Either an instant backturn after I say 'hi', or it'll be a girl who is just giving me NOTHING after I open and talk and she clearly wants me to go away, but she's too polite to say so, so she just gives me one-word-answers and doesn't contribute at all until I run out of things to say. I'm in the UK. We don't tend to talk to strangers lol. HOWEVER, if I open a girl and she talks back for a few minutes and asks me things etc, I can usually get the lay. It just happens. I'ts easy. Why? Because she likes me. And THAT'S why she was receptive to my open. I feel like with the sets where I get rejected, I could have Tyler and Todd and Mystery and whoever else in my ear telling me what to say, and it wouldn't make any difference.

Think of the outcome of the interaction as a function of many variables, many of which are within your control (== your game) and some of which aren't. The reason you can't get the girls that "don't like you" is probably bc you are affected by the way she acts, thus failing a very common shittest aka the bitchy/unavailable front many girls put on. Solution: be grounded, unaffected by anything, especially her reactions, which however doesn't mean being uncalibrated.

@@acrididi 2 years later how do you feel now out of interest? I've got laid lots more BUT that issue is exactly the same. e.g I only bang the girls who are clearly somewhat receptive. If a girl clearly isn't into me/doesn't talk back etc, then no amount of game helps. I think 'game' isn't what it is sold to us as. It's more a way to more efficient bang the 'yes girls' as opposed to somehow making the 'no girls' attracted to you. Even infields prove this if you watch closely, tbh. Basically 'attraction material' (negs, teases, self amusement, pushpull etc) is simply not fit for purpose.
