Perfect demonstration - thanks! The music is surreal and there's a definite correlation between the numbers and the frequency. You get to 8.1 at G4 (392Hz) and 8.6/8.7 at A5 (440Hz).

Hi spirit view, mind if I ask a question? I've been wanting to get Joe Dispensas work for a while but it all seems so expensive. I bought his book Becoming Supernatural and read all of it then I wanted to buy his meditations but the CD for it on his online shop is like $160. His livestream Wednesday that I was wanting to join as well, was $50 to join. The thing I don't understand is, I think he is a good man, trying to help people and I believe his work is true. But, if he is trying to help people so much, why is he making his meditations, live streams, events so expensive? I was wondering if you might have an idea as to why.

I can send you the meditations, I bought a lot of them. Just email me at: [e-mail] and I'll email you a bunch. - Joe has a real connection, his work is genuine. It doesn't mean that his incarnation is a perfect Saint though. He uses the connection to create abundance, not just for himself but for other people. Part of why he charges so much is his background in his studies, and knows if you charge a premium price subconsciously you believe it has to work better. If it's very cheap people won't believe it works well. It's part of the belief in the mind that he's aware of. That's part of the reason, the other is I guess "clinging to too much" he owns 20 horses for example, including Stallions, they are not cheap, he has a certain life style. He wants to create abundance for him and his family, at the same time as sharing knowledge and serving God. It doesn't mean he's completely selfless as a pure Saint just yet, otherwise he'd live without 20 horses and not charge as much. But it's the modern world and it doesn't really work like that these days. It takes a lot of money to organize the events for so many people and he's a whole big team behind him, he's not just supporting himself he's supporting a whole team of people. I would guess that his next incarnation he will own very little and have a lot less attachment to wealth, and be an even higher spiritual being. He's on his way to being a Saint in my opinion. I'd say though he's uploaded so much to KZbin that you really don't need to pay for anything, you can learn his technique for free. Though personally, I think anyone would get the most benefit from being in person at his events since the energy in the room is raised, and there's a connection to higher beings of light in the room.

That makes sense, I know what raised energy in his events, how new comers to his work can get results of someone who has been practicing his meditations for years thanks to those experienced meditators who go to his events and just the power of unity. It makes sense for him to need to pay for all the professionals he hires and to make sure his events go well and so everyone can have a good experience. It is also fair for him to want a bit of money, that is just how things are today, we work for money to live and enjoy life a bit. Thanks for confirming his work. May I ask if you have had any benefits, experiences using his work that you might be willing to share? It must be true, all that he teaches is extremely similar to chakra work, the law of Attraction, ho'oponopono, and there is a lot of science backing the power of gratitude and how positive emotions improve your health. The main teaching of Joe's is "breaking the habit of being yourself" so you look at yourself, what all your habits are. What you do unconsciously and try to change it, stop doing certain things, make different choices, better more conscious choices. I had some weird experiences, I attempted to become celibate, that's nothing something Joe recommends, but it was the biggest thing I could think to break the habit of being "myself" so I tried stopping, one night I was just filled with lust that was really pretty bad dealing with it in my body. It felt like my mind and body were raging. I did something that wasn't Joe related, I did a mantra where I burned away my desires. I did it for hours through the night and when I finished and laid back down, energy shot up from my first center and went crazy around my body like wind.. I could hear it in my head roaring like wind, very strong intense feeling. Then I was shot upwards into space very quickly.. I saw a black tunnel bend round and a white space at the end of it, but I got scared and it stopped. A few weeks after that I was woken up at 3am and felt my heart expand, it got bigger like God opened the valves wider and more blood flowed in... It felt whole and full and this feeling of love I've never felt before with a white light surrounding me... I've had a few synchronicities too after doing a Dr. Joe exercise writing down the they happen to me all the time and it's playing with God. Like I randomly decided to go to a tree swing in the woods I'd built about 5 years ago, I've not been for many years.. and I took a red rope with me just in case it had been cut down. When I got there it was missing, so I built a new temporary one, packed up and walked around the corner, seeing all the trees as Gods Garden, and talking to God saying it would be nice to have some friends in the garden. Then on the way back a group of people were around the tree pulling out a giant Red rope from their bag.. and I pulled out my red rope from my pocket and said "Me too!!!" and I told them I was the one that put the tree swing there originally, and they told me they'd been swinging on it for the last 4 years but tha someone last month had cut it down, so they came that evening to build a new one..... the exact hour I felt the desire to go there. That was weird, we ended up talking for an hour about spirituality and God

(I have only read Becoming Supernatural so I'm curious if Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself involves energy centres.) How long have you been doing it for?

yeah I'd been doing hour long meditations, reading spiritual books for the first time ( i used to be atheist ) and doing chakra balancing meditations, at the same time as changing up things out of my unconscious routine and trying to be more conscious
