How to get HIGH Friendship to Evolve | Umbreon & Others ► Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

This is a guide on how to raise and get friendship to high for certain pokemon to evolve in the Pokemon Scarlet game. Pokemon such as Eevee into Espeon, Sylveon and Umbreon. Chansey and Riolu are included too.

i remember having pokemon sword. i didn't knew about the friendship thing, but i just played with eevee, over and over, i just liked it and we were slowly becoming closer friends, and one day it evolved into a gorgeous sylveon and i SCREAMED in happyness

I would recommend eating the number 80 sandwich to get normal encounter power, then go to the North province area three where the Chanseys spawn to get much more experiece from the grind

I always thought that I should limit the growth of a pokemon before the evolution. Basically that there was an optimal level of evolution for any specific pokemon species. May it be for stats or for the move that they'll learn. Am I overthinking this?

For these ones, level doesn't matter, it's just the friendship. You could do many picnics and playing with the pokemon and it can evolve at level 1 if you truly wanted.

Damn that Riolu is just miserable 😂 Btw if my Pichu evolved into Pikachu at lvl 32, missing out the lvl 28 Iron Tail, can it be relearned without using TM?

Pichu can't learn iron tail, but Pikachu will learn it at level 28. The move will be in remember moves
