Sir make video on cri. Proc code section 421. Because in 138 case complainant get order on 20% from trial court but accused are not ready to pay that amount. So we should file another case on same accuse under cr.p.c. 421 to get that amount

Matters u/s 138 NI Act usually get compromised with the accused person paying the said amount ( or an amount whcih both the parties have agreed to before the hon'ble court ). And after receiving the said amount one gets the complaint dismissed as withdrawn on record by stating that he has received the amount and has compromised the matter with the accused person. -nikhil (Advocate).
