@@albertoaguilar2651 I said peace. I’m not saying she said peace. However, She seems very much at peace. She’s wealthy enough to have a housekeeper, babysitters. She’s good! She’s at peace. Lol She loves her children and probably wouldn’t have it any other way. Now says when people have kids, it’s because they really want to. There is so much birth control that one can take to stop pregnancy. So I’m willing to bet she had these four kids because she wanted these kids. She’s young and still has the energy for it. Moreover, peace looks different to different people, so what I mean is, whatever one’s peace is, they should find it, more sooner rather than later in life.

Great gems on the real estate tip! I think it's important to note though that if you want to get into real estate as a means to create both TIME and FINANCIAL FREEDOM buying in cash is not the ONLY way. Some may live outside of an area that has cheap houses for cash (not too mention having the rehab funds)---don't let that stop you! There are MANY ways to get into real estate. Jamisa's way is ONE successful option. If you choose to use a low or no down payment mortgage to purchase, you're not doing it 'wrong'. Educate yourself first so that you will BUY RIGHT, so when life happens you remain in a position to keep your properties! There are great ethical mentors available (Jamisa included) that can walk you through the real estate process....who actually DO the business...pay for assistance...invest in yourself and crush it!

Her grandmas and grandpas blood runs in her veins so yeah she was destined to do this with or without grandmas property. She was born to improve upon what they started. Their gifts and talents were ON FLEET in HER. She may have in a large amount what they had but in little smaller amounts.....DETERMINATION THAT determination gene got her to where she is at today. yasssss!!! See, many have been left property by grandmas and grandpas but alot of them did not imporove upon the blessing the way SHE DID. Some others sometimes even lose the house. The blessing gets loss by them for many different reasons. So, it becomes a waste of all grandmas work and all of her income put into securing a house that she planned to leave a grandchild. Not every grandma or grandpa are able to look down from heaven smiling down on those grandchildren ....some are rolling over in their grave with disappointment. So. no it was not just the inheritance that helped her..... But you are right in that yes ...it jump start her FOCUS......yasssss! This women's grandma is definitely smiling and throwing a party for every property ownership signed by her beautiful granddaughter. yasssssss!!!!!

@@sirrap31 If one takes a student loan for an electrical engineering or computer science degree, they’d likely pay it off 5 years after graduating. Most times, many engineering programs offer lots of scholarships and federal grants. Associations like National Society of Black Engineers have lots of scholarships for example. Aside STEM degrees like engineering & IT, I’d never recommend student loans even for medical school.

I love this conversation because she gave a key point: They were able to get started because their grandmother gave them a house and this gave them the cash to start.

This is the best interview I've seen on real estate investment, the very best. I'm Nigerian and the concept of mortgage on houses is not a thing here because most home owners pay cash for their houses or they build from scratch but In recent times mortgages are slowly being introduced by real estate companies and they seem attractive to a lot of young people. Thank you for showing us that owning a house mortgage free is still the best way to go in real estate investment.

I like that she learnt to forgive those who 'swindled' her i.e. she realised her ignorance of the system led to her accepting 152k instead of 350k. She moved on and has done great. More of people like her. She is humble. I like how she also described the relationship with her hubby that is so refreshing

At 30:21 in she spoke about her "setbacks" like selling her grandmother house for half of what she could have gotten or the wholesale situation. A setback is nothing more than an opportunity for a set forward! You can not quit things you're passionate about and believe in! If you believe in a certain method, it's usually because it's been proven to work either by you or others. If you have a setback or even total loss...it doesn't mean it doesn't work or not for you! We tend to give up on things too fast. We give up when we "fail" but a failure is not a failure if you learn something from it! A failure is only a failure of you quit. If you learn what went wrong, how to avoid it and start over....you failure was only an attempt! Next time you'll get even further!

The fact that this woman is so successful and a great wife/woman to her husband and family plus from Philly makes me proud. I see so many podcasts stating women from this part of the country are the worst in America and she is proof we’re not all bad. I learned a lot here. This gives me great hope and inspiration.
