Best takeaway and backswing video I’ve seen to date - and believe me, I’ve seen dozens on KZbin and this beats the lot👏

Hey Natalie. Love the drill. I will practice it today and tomorrow. Hope it will help before my league on Sunday. :)

Hey Nat, so I practiced with the coat hanger only for a couple days. Didn’t have any range time and went straight to course for my Sunday league play. I can tell this helped me (& my wife). I need to practice on the range a with the new change but it helped A LOT! Thanks for all you do!

Cheers from Boston Ma! I agree, well done. This left wrist condition is huge for me. I'm also thinking about side bend recently as I don't think I truly understand it. Maybe you could do something on it. Gary

Wow. That cupped wrist by taking swing back flat then lifting is my DEMON. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

When at the top of the backswing, is the thumb on the left hand supposed to be directly underneath the shaft for support?
@SMASHFACTORGOLFCOACHING3 жыл бұрын
That depends on your grip position and the position you want the club face in at the top. With a neutral grip on a right handed player a left thumb under the shaft at the top would produce a cupped left wrist and open club face

Natalie, there seems to be a conflict between 2 of your videos, April 12, 2016 and Jan. 28 2021- in the earlier video 2016- you want to start cocking the wrist at the right thigh- --in the 2021 video the hanger drill should be against the left wrist then up- that would be impossible to do in the 2016 video--please clarify

It may be the winter clothing or certain anatomical differences but you appear to be advocating the fault I’ve suffered from for the last 12 months - your hands are way too far away from your body. A handspan from the thigh. Hands over the shoelaces/ toecaps. Arms hanging naturally etc, etc.
