Math is all about output and repetition. Know which problems are likely to be on the test multiple times, then practice those problems over and over again. Eventually you will know everything subconsciously, math takes more work that other subjects.

I have a question for transfer students SAT or ACT required for everyone or only certain majors? Is it required for business school at uf?

Great question! Based on the common data set, it does appear as though the SAT OR ACT are required for undergraduates. However that may be waived due to COVID but I have not seen any information to confirm that. Post-undergrad education at UF does not require SAT / ACT scores. I have a 3.87 GPA unweighted and a 4.7 GPA weighted with a 1210 SAT score (with hopes of getting it up atleast a hundred points by december). Would I have a shot at getting in?

heyy good luck on your december SAT!! i was supposed to take it but ended up changing dates because im not prepared enough lol, also UF looks at your whole test history..so they need to see improvement

@@conquestacademia there is no gpa system here and do they calculate your percentile(ranking)?. Because I have top 10 in 70 students in class.

I love to program and create things and also my love for hardware is same. Ido disassembly of phones not working at home and would love to go and study in uf. I think you're definitely competitive for UF! I would definitely apply to multiple schools though just so you have options and can think about which university is best for you. Good luck!

Very good chance - make sure you perform some volunteer work and have ample extracurriculars and you will be extremely competitive and very likely to get admitted

you could get into everywhere bruh, if I were you go to almost ivy league schools like Duke, Northwestern, Georgetown, NC Chapel Hill,, UCLA etc

my daughter is a senior in High school applying to UF, ? USF and other colleges including 3 Ivys, she has ACT 29, SAT 1290, 120 Community hours from Advent Hospital real time with USF, Shadowing hours 100 in doctors office, volunterring at the hospital in OB/GYN Dept around 50 hours 700 hours of learning classical dance comes under cultural awareness. do you gus think she has any chance of getting into Premed in UF?

hi there! congrats to you & your daughter. just like most colleges, pre-med is not a declared major for undergrads however there are recommended tracks she can take, especially if she were to continue with the college of medicine at uf post-undergrad. her statistics are pretty impressive and her extracurriculars are relevant to her interests, however make sure the uf admissions are aware of who she in addition to what she does. good luck! usf is also extraordinary in terms of their pre-health/health sciences and will put her in even greater standing especially when it comes down to scholarships and honors due to her involvement already.

@@conquestacademia Was her SAT low? Although SAT is not important for medical schools, 1290 was not a good number for UF…and …. Her GPA ? She needed a good MCAT score for medical school.
