I know Mark probably never sees these, but I can't believe he puts shit like this out for FREE. My one passion in life has been exercise, but since getting disabled in the mil years back, I haven't been able to lift like I used to. Mark inspired me to try to take up running and I feel like I have a new lease on life. Many thanks.

Really sound advice for new runners and to show big guys can run too, been doing it for years myself but love what Mark is bringing to the table. So true on the injuries too, so many years i toughed it out causing so much unnecessary pain and injuries. Not running everyday ut trying to be consistent again with it along with my lifting. Keep it up Mark, good stuff.

That new hair is a good idea. As I remember it Smelly he had the same generic military short hair for years. A breath of fresh air sort of speak

One thing an old rowing coach taught me was how to entertained on steady state by creating little challenges and having fun. That’s my biggest take away from this video.

Once I went on a run and ended up further away from expected. I had to jog/run another 20m back home. I was burnt on my normal stride but found extra reserves from the heel / roll you talk about. I think it definitely feels great to mix in my runs and I think it helps me go a bit longer.
