I've followed you through my powerlifting life for 12 years. I am now a triathlete doing ironman. That is your next step! See you in the water and on the course! 💪

Your video counts are so LOW compared to what they need to be. I love these videos. When I watch a video of you run, you motivate me to get up and go for another round. Keep these up and running with others and chatting about life? Who else does that? Only you. Go Mark! 💪

I've been following you since you started KZbin and it's been a lot of fun watching you down from the chubby powerlifter having fun to this brilliant&intelligent father figure out there trying to just be an overall well-rounded athlete. You will go down as one of thee longest-running and most influential futness content creators on the internet. Even you having been the coach to Stan Efferding is phenomenal

Crazy awesome how you're still pushing forward. Subscribed back in 2015 and kinda forgot about the channel. Saw it again when you began running...and then saw your David Goggins Podcast. Straight Awesome and Encouraging😤✊🏾🫡🙏🏾

Hey Mark, is there a video where you talk about what brought you in to running? I’ve been looking around on the KZbins and can’t find anything. It’s cool to see you swap over sports and do so well at each. Nicely done man! Thanks for the content.

I think you'd be the only man alive to squat over 1000lbs and do an Ironman....the feeling you'd have coming through that finish line would be insane!

I also picked up running. Having some major issues with my ankle and achilles tendon. It's incredibly demotivating. After one run I have to recover for almost 3 weeks.

I'm enjoying adding the vanilla steak shake to my meat based nutrition. Banana creme and chocolate coconut on my to-get list.

Thank you for demonstrating & modeling the ability to learn, practice and discover different strengths. Endurance was never a strength and most people look at runners and think - sissy’s. I know you make fun of yourself bc of your struggles with academics. You are far from dumb. I think dumb is when we close our minds and decide to become closed to learning & practicing new things and decide to become complacent. I am inspired by you. Thank you.

Never say your demonstrations (like picking up your headband) are silly! You may have saved one of your atypical followers from falling and breaking a hip. ❤

Careful not to beat yourself up too much. Us big guys aren’t really built to run. I went through my running phase 15 years ago and like you made great progress. However, I feel like all that running wore on my hips and knees which currently hinder my squats and deadlifts and cause some minor nagging pain at night. Running sure is therapeutic though!!!😊
