For set equipment you can follow this same guide synthesize it to higher quality but for vigilante set there is no way to synthesise them so need to collect blueprint from killing mercenaries

If you buy one 100$ pack harley or extremist set you should be able to make 2 sets synthesizing with level 20 developing set. need black jades for developing set so you have ti kill venoms.

Click on your avatar there you can see your lvl then click on the Plus sign and there you go you can increase your lvl with experience you collected

No you need 100 blueprint all gold get and a lvl 40 gold equipment to make 43 equipment

To get Terrorizer equipment faster: Gems: Blue Blueprint: 1 Topaz: 15 You will get Green Terrorizer equipment 100%. I have try this method more than 10 times. And it never failed. The point is: It's faster if you start from Green than Grey equipment Hope it could help others to get Terrorizer set or blueprints faster
