I really needed to hear this today. I just got finished beating myself up for what I have not accomplished so far this morning. I jumped on to KZbin to look something up and this was the first video in my feed. I noticed the video was 13:31 long. My Angel number for the past few weeks has been 31, so of course I had to watch this clip. Thank you Team Forleo for being one of my messengers today 💞 Have an amazing day!

For grins and giggles, I noticed a time stamp at 10:03 mark so I listened again. You guys are reading my heart and mind today. I have just recently decided to start a counseling business and was allowing my not good enough insecurity monster to beat me up this morning. Once again, thank you! My soul, body and mind needed to hear this. ~One Love~💞

Loved the tips both Marie and Greg gave. I really liked how Marie tried several rounds of encouragement and reiterating in different ways until Bianca loosened holding onto being tough on herself. Surely I will also try these tips. Currently I am doing morning exercises, but my sleeping and getting up times are not where I want them to be. Recently I came to accept being kind and compassionate towards myself and it has a huge effect on my emotional wellbeing. Sometimes my old ways creep in causing mood swings, but I can regulate better after accepting to be loving and compassionate towards myself.

This is incredible timing. I've been back on self-teaching myself Japanese (yes, I know, I'm crazy) and have been at it every single day since late spring. Literally, started off by listening to one of those 30 minute a day audio things and repeating back phrases and that's it. Now, I'm doing textbook entries, all these flashcards, talking to people, watching things and I just feel like I'm going to burst. I hadn't clicked on a Marie video in a bit (sorry, Marie! I've been hyper focused), and I'm so glad that I did. Less is more, as they say. I'd rather not burn out, but light a fire.

Best thing I learned from this - Design a day that will inspire you. My habit is to list everything I have to do, and cross it off - actually I list things I’ve gotten done to encourage me when I feel like I haven’t done a thing all day… but the idea to design a day that inspires me - a new thought! Positive thinking!

I have been through... Burn out... Being opsesed with my job and not being able to advance... Feeling super emotional and taking everything as a threat and a danger... Really scared place... And a depression... Total immobility... Not able to get ahead... So what this women is describing is a real baby minor form...of NOT TAKING IT EASY really wanting to do a good job but relaxing and breathing and focusing on baby steps....one foot in front of another. It is paradoxical but I wanted to do SO well and SO much... That I got blocked and didn't even do the basic elementary tasks I needed to do.... Khmmmm... My sad little story
