Have you ever been to Italy or France? They eat croissants and pastries and coffee. Not much obesity.

I am a graduate of several Berkeley Psychic Institutes programs. I spent about $20000 over the years. Since April 2022, unwillingly I got on a mental torturing system while unconscious, I paid extra $1000 to R Brewster as they requested over the phone. This system has been creating weird images n voices in my space except when I'm asleep. It's very dangerous as I involuntary dropping stuff in the kitchen n I was pushed by invisible hands while walking in public. They told I should vent on a regular basis, I was told at times the system is a Russian spy training system that mostly protects only white and married graduates, as the Russian system dislikes unmarried minorities, especially single male lotus !! One of the evidence is that the old BPI building sold to a Tibetan community!

I believe what she's saying is true because if I eat oatmeal to break my fast I am hungry 2 hours later. (I prefer eggs or yogurt with berries) but my question to her would be that eating sweet carbs is what most people in France or Spain do in small amounts (chocolate croissants in coffee) and French people are notoriously thinner and healthier than Americans, right?

It makes me sad that she is so brilliant and sees how amazing our brain is and how nature and our body works together. But yet she doesn’t believe that these amazing things and how they work together come from a Creator. There is no way we are stars.

Respectfully, ❤ I don’t think calories is BS especially when her methods of losing weight centers around fasting in 36 hour windows and eating within 4 hours windows which is putting you naturally into a calorie deficit. Drinking bone broth and eating fat to break a fast teaching the body how to turn off hunger also is putting the body into calorie deficit which helps you eat less food. You can’t have one without the other. I believe that most people do not pick foods that are healthy for their body makeup.

Duhhh! Anyone who's interested in cutting out refined carbs already knows this. Anyone else couldn't care less. It's not new and it ain't some miracle "method".
