Hi just found your video, and it sparked some hope in me. But i have som trouble when i type in the first ipv4 adress on the xbox. You see my router gets its signal from a routermodem in a different house. And i think this makes a little mess for me. But what i want to know is if i use a switch before my router and use a new cable from the switch to the xbox and perform the same prosedure with the ip adresses with the routhermodem insted of the router, will the switch mess up things for me or will the signal from the main routermodem be just fine?

Either bridge your router or disable the WiFi on routermodem so all signal goes straight to router and you only have one NAT instead of 2.

i manage to open NAT on Xbox but the game astrooner say my son is still not available to join. We try crossplay... i think my pc still need to open something.. even i did follow all guide to open NAT on windows 10 .. hm also added same port (that is open in xbox) to my router and my pc... still we can not crossplay.. hm

you can usually proceed on depending on what browser you are using. **Double check and make sure you definitely have the gateway's IP address in your webbrowser and nothing else and you should be good to proceed** Otherwise don't.

To anyone it doesn’t work for. It happens to me allot. I hold my sync button in my power button and disk tray button until you hear it turn its self on twice then you need a wire plugged in plug it into your controller and press continue then it should be fixed.
