This might be a bit of a technicality, but the gachas from extinction kind of trump all the other methods as you can just hold all the crystals which don't spoil and then crack them open as you need them. The main difficulty is just finding a gacha that produces organic polymer, and the amount it produces isn't terribly great but once you have one it's as easy as gravity. This was still a great video!

I like the idea of being able to store them on the gachas so they don’t expire that’s a good point. I know some people store it in soap too. Only issue is if I need 1K poly to make a BP i usually just go on a run rather than getting stone and feeding gacha and waiting for crystals. But if you are doing your ark chores or building a gacha is a great way to do it.

damn, i didnt even know that you can replace polymer with organic polymer, so i made polymers with obsidian and cementing paste the whole time on the island and didnt know about organic polymer until i beat the overseer made it to scorched earth.

so, would you recommend a pelagornis, or a moschops with tons of levels into polymer harvesting? or are they about the same and it's just personal preference?

For me it was about the same pros and cons to both Pelegornis has the weight reduction and you can fly it there and back. Moschops might harvest a little bit more

It sure is, it's also a name that Syntac has called the Organic Polymer in his past videos, he's even called it that name in his Scorched Earth 100 day's hard core video as well. Also it take 500 HP from the player, so be careful when you have Organic Polymer in your inventory so that way you don't accidentally eat it and kill you. Hope you have a great day and don't eat Organic Polymer.

Side note I learned chainsaw with high durability will give more element dust per creature. Most the time it’s off having high damage chainsaw but not for dust.
