In this video, I will share tips for getting out of a sad mood. This is when you find yourself feeling down for a few days at a time. Deep sadness is different from a diagnosis of depression in that it usually subsides after a couple days. Depression lasts two weeks or more and usually interferes with your daily functioning. Getting out of a sad mood can sometimes feel difficult, but you can do it. The more coping techniques you have the better.
