You're a genuine good hearted dude. No doubt about it. I trust you and I believe your methods do work. This video might seem vague and non specific to every man's heartbreak if we don't see past the pain of our current depression. But even as I suffer I'm fully aware this guy's blueprint is the way to go. I see a lot of comments on here that are trying to disagree or contradict what homeboy is saying these guys are actually crying for help. It's hard starting from scratch not just finding a new girl but rebuilding yourself 1000 times better from the bottom up destroy and rebuild! Rome wasn't built in a day it'll get better. Trust. I'll have to check out these other videos.

I'm in my fifthy and I go to this now. Just to say that I don't feel my live is over. There is ton of single peoples out there in all range of ages.. Social life is better single even at 50 and meeting new people's.. State of mind and body is important.. cheers !!:)

Great video! Went through a bad break up a few years ago myself, the break up almost destroyed me. I was able to overcome this with the realization that I was doing myself no favors continuing to emotionally invest in someone who isn't there and will never be there, so I started to invest in myself and my wants and needs. It took a while but I am in a much better place now, a video like this would have helped me back then. Glad you made this for guys going through this situation right now.

Hey man. I stumbled across this video right after I got off work. I only recently found out the hard way that dating a coworker is a no go. I dated a girl I work with for 8 months, and we just recently broke up. She and I weren't very compatible, and we had many different opinions on certain aspects of life. We went on camping trips and ate out at places, but in the end most of those 8 months were nothing but sex. Your video has helped me tremendously, and I just want to thank you for being open with yourself and with your experiences. You not only helped me with my most recent breakup, but also gave me much needed insight on other aspects of life. I put in my two weeks, and have a way better job on the way, which means I won't have to see her again. Thanks man, and hope to see more of your content!

the best thing i’ve stuck with was, “better now than later” but i’ve considered all of steps. i still think of her. the harder i refrain thinking of her, the harder it feels to get over her. i removed her, i go out, hang with friends, clubbing, drinking, meeting girls... distractions like video games, exercise or working etc... it was only 7 months but i got so used to her... mind you, i suffer from anxiety/depression and being with her made shit a little easier... since we’ve stopped my anxiety/depression skyrocketed. mg heart beats from being anxious not being with her. i’m lonelier and sadder. sucker shit huh? just had lots of good times. we just had disagreements, didn’t work out. i enjoy having a significant other. i’m okay with being with one girl i really like/love. wish we can talk tho brother. i’ve watched many of your vids. great work

I've been in the same exact situation before. Over 1 year relationship ended and I also suffer from anxiety/depression. Everyone says to just move on and get over it but when fighting those things you're in a whole different ball game that most people don't understand.

yeah, but it took a few months. I cut off all contact, blocked her on all social media, threw out anything from her or anything having do about her. Talking to & being around friends helped out big time. I went out to bars, the alcohol subsided my anxiety but not recomended.That's just temp relive from the pain. I joined a MMA gym and met a lot of new people. You really have to just get out there. Don't stay at home trapped in your thoughts. Get out and about whenever you have the chance. Be very careful rebounding or getting attached to anyone. I've made this mistake, only known the girl a few months & am hurting bad again. It's having that emotional connection again with someone. Be VERY careful I can't stress that enough. I would recommend you to get into counseling ASAP having to deal with the depression/anxiety. You need somebody that you can express everything that is going on & not be judged by it. Also talk to a phycologist & think about taking meds. I'm taking anxiety/depression meds and can't even imagine not having them.

Matt Jones Matt Jones hey thanks for your time to reply bro, means a lot. like i’ve mentioned tho, i do the going out on wknds with good friends, drunk and have fun. i meet women but it’s not the same. i do crossfit and regular gym, i work, i play video games. i can’t seem to distract myself. even when i’m busy i’m drowned in thoughts. i’m sure you’ve been there tho. i just have to keep it pushing. as far as counseling for anxiety/depression, i am considering that but as far as meds, i’d like to refrain from but glad they’re helping you brother. you got somewhere we can talk, maybe to give some more insight?

+Teejay Crowe Its going to be rough. But there is only card to play, and that's get money as quick as you can even if you have to take another job. You have to use the pain as motivation to push you into getting that extra money. It's a tough position but when you're going through he'll the only move is to keep going. Keep your head up, power though and you'll make it out the other side. Stay strong my man.
