Damn this was good. I'm all over the place at 34. Got a high paying job as an accountant, but have student loan debt but got a lot of savings, lived abroad in my 20s in Asia and some other cool cities, working on some music right now. So much going on but not sure where its all headed. Definitely can't have it all

I disagree that life is no longer in front of you. Life can be long. I remember my 80 year old coworker say to a man who turned thirty. “You’re just starting out.” Great video nonetheless. I come back to it from time to time. Hope you make more videos soon.

Great video, Will! As someone who is 30, almost 31, and I was curious to hear your perspective, and I relate to about 90% of this. For guys younger than 30, listen to Will's advice (in every area, not just with women), put it into action, and you will be much happier and satisfied, with less regrets than the average guy when you're 30. In several areas, I'm happy, but I feel like I'm playing catch-up. Get ahead of the curve.
@RevolutionaryLifestyleDesign

+Brendan Figg Thanks a lot for the support Brendan. And catch up is ok, as long as you stay consistent and you'll push past homeostasis. Most guys have their best days behind them by 30, but with conistent effort across all areas your best days are still in front of you.

Thanks for this video, it’s very beneficial. I am almost 32 and constantly find myself sacrificing the now for the future. Makes sense why I should live 50% for now and the other 50% for the future. Good logic, sits well with me.

I'm 28 now and found this very useful. Thanks. I've always been the kid with a lot of wisdom anyway, but it takes persistence and confidence to really build something of yourself, seeing your demeanor motivated me. Thumbs up on the health focus, I have thankfully mastered this in my twenties, but the career still has to run its course before I feel like I've got it all, that's gonna take another decade, but gotta be patient and hard working I guess. Would be cool to have a video update for late 30s if you haven't done it.

Actually the one thing I would challenge is the DHT blockers being bad for you. I'll need to do some more research on that but what I do know is they have the added benefit of potentially preventing prostate issues. I.e. Proscar which is 4mg Finasteride is a popular drug for treating enlarged prostate.

I know this video was recorded close to three years ago, but you look great for someone approaching his late 30’s. I fell off on your blog few years ago, after I purchased and applied your first ebook on Tinder. You had some great insights on life which, I should have paid more attention in. I’m in a great relationship currently at 27, but my career and health has been stagnant. Suffice to say, laziness and my willpower have gotten worse since graduating from college. But I’m looking forward to your bs-free content again Will

Whats scary on the cusp of anxiety driven...is your mortality...fearful of your parents dying..and the feeling that everything has to happen noe as life is not ahead of you..but every year takes you closer to old age..you feel that time is running out. And that life needs to take shape..for men..you still have time..but the time starts now if you want to meet someone. I do t even want to know how woman who are still single in their 30s must feel..I think thy lose their minds and can't cope and admit they failed atleast this is what I have come across generally. I agree with almost everything you said. The part about distancing from family members ..man you for all the points covered.

I sort of knew how the world worked by 20, but somehow I still ended up living like a fucking loser. During my college years I studied and lived abroad, nailed top shelf women and generally had a great time. Then I got to 23 and said 'time to resign to the adult life', despite knowing I didn't want a bar of it. Then it was work, sleep, eat and repeat. I think it took me about 2 years before I was depressed and had no idea why I was doing any of this (it certainly wasn't to marry, buy a house or reproduce...) I spent most of my day thinking about the time of my life that had already been and gone. Absolute loser mentality, but I am glad I was able to shake it by my mid twenties (and that I didn't do any of the above to fill the void). Now I'm getting shit done and preparing so my 30s aren't spent thinking back like most other folk out there. I have no responsibilities and therefore have nothing but time, freedom and money. I would have absolutely been kicking myself if I just kept ass kissing my way up a corporate ladder so I could enjoy this all in 40 fucking years. The rate I was going, I wouldn't have lasted that long anyway...

Good video content. Good man. Will I'm all for natural remedies and I thoroughly recommend massaging virgin olive oil into your scalp on a daily regular basis. If you miss a day no worries. I road tested 5 years ago for myself and carried on as I had the evidence lots more hair again and I have managed to increase my losing of hair density. As a woman who had incredible thick hair during my prime. And recently tried a slight recceeding part near my hairline due to using hair dies which I don't recommend because of the chemicals my loss there has now and is growing rapidly back.
