Valuable video here...thank you for sharing this! Trying to figure out pricing models and time leverage ie 1:1 vs Group and how much to devote the time and energy to each.

I love all your videos and they have inspired me to get back in the personal training game again. However I gotta ask though; say your lacking a place or capital or people to lend ya money for a place; how would i start from complete scratch or very low cost?

I love the videos!!! Great knowledge and motivation! I do quite a bit of low priced offers and promotions. What would you run as a good promotion to get new clients in the door that will not devalue the 1 on 1 personal training?? Thank you for doing what you do!

Hey John, I'd run a free "body diagnostic and personal training session". It would include body fat test, weight in, measurements, a training session, and end with a nutrition consult (this is where you'd sell them using a script like the one found in CloseClients.com) But I'd qualify everyone who contacted me for the free body diagnostic and training session making sure that "if you like the session and what we offer, can you afford $400 - $800/month for a personal training program that will get you in the best shape of your life?" If they answered yes, then I'd schedule them for the session.

Okay Bedros thank you!!! I have been doing a free fitness assessment since I started my business back in 2013. It has done pretty well at getting people in the door and I use it to close to because the prospect gets a one time discount on the day of the assessment. I just started the fitpro news letter and used the done for you 14 day fat furnace program. I can not wait to see how it works out and my clients have been loving the news letters!

Fact check, the bible is not the best selling book. He uses that stat only as it applies to English speaking areas but even in that Harry Potter out sold it. Thw writings of Rumi also consistently outsold the Bible for at least decade. he's good at hype, not so much at facts.
