Unless your a natural born salesman, we all suffer from it. Do what I did and talk to the best salesman at your gym and take down any advice he gives and watch info on KZbin. Eventually you realize your worth it and it becomes easier

I am in the process of starting a Bootcamp business, but I will not be conducting the classes, my job will be the marketing and administrative roll, my concern is how I hire Personal Trainers, how many Trainers do I need if I plan on having 6 classes a day? What is the Trainers roll before I open my doors. How much do I pay them as they create a program, and once we start, what is the pay structure for the fitness professional, is there a cost by class, weekly or monthly pay?

I do a survey of over 100K fitness pros and it's based on my resources, network, and access to the industry. So I get to see trends coming well before they go main stream which is why my coaching clients do so well (I give them the scoop and help them take advantage of the new trends)
