You SHOULD upgrade blue ones, they have 100% xp conversion rate so you dont lose xp and you can use them later on purple/gold ones when you get upgrade Also: surplus xp is not "waste" like in other games. It puts it forward into next lvl

It’s crazy cause a game that has drop chances for ssrs and all ppl say is well the power creep in china is so bad those characters are trash compared to them and I’m like I haven’t played a gacha like this where I can get several ssrs over time maxed with just playing the game. Are the chances low sure I’m sure they are but at least it’s there. Can’t complain about that.

I was literally debating this exact thing with my friend last night. ToF gives away way more than genshin for example. Bad idea to say that bc he was pretty invested in genshin lol.

@@darthran why do you need more you greedy as***le? Just save your primos, plan your pulls and pull for chars you want. Buy playing for enough time, you'll be able to get all of them eventually (unlike ToF, where char is moved to standard banner with no guarantee). Good luck with that

There is an item they give in the weekly quests that increase drop rate in joint operation if used before entering into I believe. It looks like a blue surfboard/rubric

Yeah you should save those for higher level joint ops though like 50+ where yellows have a higher chance to drop. They’re not worth using on purple gear

This game is so great! I’m completely free to play for now and somehow managed to get number 1 in our server on the leaderboards.. I’m running huma Samir and coco and it’s the best of all worlds.. Humas defense and damage is so good then adding Samir on top for the ultimate damage and if I ever start to take damage I just switch to coco and back to full health.. line ups a cheat code lol only change id make is coco for nemisis and I’m only 1 pull away from pity so I’ll have her guaranteed tomorrow

I still havent gotten any ssr matrices from a the world bosses or joint operations, i've been playing for almost 2 weeks, i did get lucky on my matrix pull (f2p btw) got 2 pc king (31pulls i got 2 which was MY LUCKIEST PULL in the game yet) Getting ssr weapons isnt hard in this game, but matrices are when ur a f2p player bcuz pulling for matrices as f2p wont get u anywhere, this is of the disadvantages of being f2p, u are quite limited on getting the things u want, also the lvl cap is still 46, i just want it to be lvl cap 50 so we can start doing diff 6 in joint operations, i feel like the higher the dificulty the better the chances, i got lucky on ssr tho, i got 3pc robarg, 4 pc pepper (which is from the ch5 quest log thing), 4pc echo all from supressors, 3 pc sobek and frost bot, the ssr matrices i have is 2 pc king (pretty much luck), 1 nemesis (i am getting her 2 pc at my 80th flame gold rn i have 40+ i need 40 more) and thats it :C i rly want 2 pc coco, zero, huma, meryl Farming in joint operations is sadge :C also doing the hyena joint operations is annoying if ur team mates does not cooperare with u so half the time i rly have to try hard at the joint operations bcuz if i dont my vitality will be wasted

The issue I'm having is that limited weapons pretty much need their respective matrix set, which is only available via summoning, not to mention that it's of course limited time. For example, I pulled Nemesis/Venus and was looking into the matrices, and it's clear that the dedicated set is (obviously) the best. Now, that set is not only solely obtained via gacha, but to maximize its potential, you also need 3 duplicates of each. I know that MLB and such are whale things, but even without MLB, you'd need an atrocious amount of money/pulls to even obtain the full set as is. I know Coco's set works pretty well as a substitute on Nemesis/Venus, but even that's only obtainable via summoning... so far, I'm pretty disappointed by how this is all looking for a light spender such as myself.

After level 40 you have a higher chance to get them to drop. You should only be using them after level 40

Yes. The stat increases you get alone from the purple is way more worth.

I found out that when in the warehouse section of weapons, click on the weapon of choice and then on reccomended matrix and it shows what matrixes are good for that weapon.

Also, everyone forgets the Support system. You get support points for doing activities (multiplayer) when you're out of Vitality(resin) and you can get black orb pulls and other pretty good stuff from farming support points.
