Oh yeah, Americans throw all sorts of good stuff away. I've found many nice things that were set out as trash. Those are nice lamps! Great finds! It's good to have alternative sources of heat and light. 👍

Where I'm at, the dumps are off limits. Once the goods/trash show up on the property, no one can remove it. Kinda sucks, I've seen some good stuff.

Hey Krusty How's it going? That does suck! I heard if it goes to the dumbs it's anybody's but it may be different in different area's. Is there a fence surrounding it? Is there a sign posted or anything? Probably is I would flat out ask if you seen someone around! You may have already. Just keep your eye open for other places behind stores things of that nature. @sewolverines they literally have several attendants on site patrolling around. It's not a huge deal though. I do get to yard/garage sales once in a while. I have several of the oil lamps around, that all came from yard sales. I'm only a mild prep guy. I'm disabled and sometimes things don't always go well. I could probably hold my own for a while. 👍😎

Well Krusty no one knows truly if anything happens how it will go. Believe it or not you just being a mild prepper U will have you lasting longer than the average person my Friend!
