For all of you suffering from yeast infection please cut out all sugar from your diet including all carbs. If am lying, please love yourself enough to eat only veg and protein (meat, fish etc) for 2 weeks and check if you still have any infection. Antibiotics won't do it for long since the cause remains the same: consumption of sugar. Hope this help. Please also check out Dr berg online and others who are saying the same thing
