This helped me when no doctors could help me....and their prescriptions did not help me: I washed for 20 minutes in lukewarm water with sodium bicarbonate and lemon juice or( citric acid). After the evening bathing ( vagina area only), I let it dry well. Then I apply garlic oil on the vulva, lips and gently half way in. Very gently. No pads, no tampons. Let it breathe. Lie overnight on spongy towel to prevent oil to go on bed... In the morninh, do not wash, and if you must, do it with warm.water only. Repeat every night for a many many days until You feel better and threr more days after that. Then do it twice a week. Then do it once a week x maintenance. Stay free of chocolate, sugar and yeasty food. No flour. Drink Cassia tea with Fennel seeds infused, and Hibiscus tea w/ lemon slices. While you do the treatment, you must clean pubic hair completely ( DO NOT SHAVE-- only depilatory cream), and or very short that doesn't sting. If your vaginal area is nervous or contracts from.pain, use valerian ( diluted) or chamomile lukewarm tea and apply tampon on. Or take chamomile tea. No sugar. To soften lips, manuka honey. A thin layer. But if you have yeast or bacterial vaginosis, do not apply honey. Doctors abandoned me. Nature helped. I stopped wearing pan tyhoses. They are all acrilic. No underwear. May be large weave cotton. I don t. God bless You all. Women help women. it is a wolf world out there.

You can get a yeast infection in areas other than the groin area.. The worst I had was in my sinuses, but I often get it in the area under my breasts. I wash with vinegar to cure it.

Hello Doctor. Your videos are very informative and really helps in getting ckarity. I have been suffering from yeast infection for 5 years now. I have been also diagnosed with PCOD for 5 years now. I changed my lifestyle and diet over the past 1 and a half years and have achieved good results with loss in weight, no acne, reduced cysts. However, i was on pills till 6 months ago, even then i had infections and even when i am off them I have the infections every 2-3 months. My blood sugar level has been normal too. I read in many articles how PCOS and yeast infections are related. Could you please tell me what i can do to avoid the recurrent infections. Hi. Sorry that you've been dealing with this for such a long time. The first approach I would recommend is finding the reason for your recurrent YI. Do you eat a lot of sugar? Stay in wet clothing? Sweat down there a lot? Have unprotected sex? Once you know the cause, then prevention comes easy. Congratulations on the lifestyle improvements!

Discharge will be more frequent and It smells like wet bread, a very irritating itch inside outside the vagina , also the outside of tour vagina will be a bit painful. If not treated soon enough your vagina will start to have a burn sensation while peeing and you’ll have lower pelvic pain.

Hi. If you ever have a yeast infection and BV diagnosed at the same time, treat the BV first with the antibiotics, then treat the yeast second after you complete the antibiotics. That's because antibiotics often will cause a yeast infection even if you just treated one. Let me know if this makes sense

My symptoms was alot of itchiness around the opening area of my vagina. It did clear up once I work on it. Now here it is March and I've noticed symptoms of irritation around my vulva and skin area.
