I have chronic acne on my face and body and I have utilized everything to clear my skin up but it doesn't want to. I have had it for the past five years, and am a teenager but I just want to feel confident and comfortable in my dark skin. How can I do that?
@NaudiaLittle7 жыл бұрын
Sunny Funny try to exercise, eat healthier foods, drink lots of water & keep a consistent day & night skincare routine. Stop trying so many products. Once u find something that works, STICK to it. Too many produces can cause ur skin to be irritated & overreact. Exfoliate at least 3 times/week...Most importantly, know that this too shall pass. Ur a teenager, the older u get, the more beautiful u'll become. Most teenagers go thru an awkward phase 💯

You're skin is gorgeous! You're such a beautiful woman! I've cut out all junk food. I've been drinking nothing but water as my beverage. Tons of water, working out 6 days a week for about 5 weeks now. Eating healthy and I see a major difference in my skin. Another great video! I use the brown sugar and olive oil scrub as well! I also dry brush, use olive oil on my body while it's still wet from the shower, massage it in well and wipe the excess off with a towel. I follow up with Nivea lotion. At night, I use a vitamin c lotion. Once a month I use glycolic acid peels(Perfect Image) on my legs and face and elbows. I use sunscreen everyday wherever my body is exposed. I also take vitamins, drink plenty of water, walk, and use Barleans Essential Woman.

Besan is a hindi word. For all those who don't know what Besan is, it's gram flour or chickpea flour. It is extremely good for the skin. Indians have been using this for ages as a mask, as a scrub, as a body wash....it lightens your skin and gets rid of dark marks. It can also be a little drying so make sure y'all moisturize after!!

Every single time I watch one of these DIY videos about dark spots, I'm just disgusted and I turn it off halfway through - but this is genuinely good stuff, and you recommend fully natural remedies that are actually effective too. Many of them are also cost-effective, for the most part, and you recognise that different people have different problems and priorities or skin tones, so different drugs for different dopes... but all-natural is almost always best. I hope more people find you, instead of the godawful channels advocating that you chemical peel/burn yourself at home without supervision and against the doctor's orders or basic medical guidelines. Kudos to you, and thanks for this. I'm also curious as to how, when or where you picked up some of the old Indian tricks of the trade, and the sort of tips an old grandma might give you. What sources do you use, i.e for all of your research and reading?

I started using aha (I hear bha works too) body wash with exfoliating gloves for about 3 months. Looked down at my legs when I was in my car one day and noticed old eczema scars were fading away❣️ of course if you do exfoliating be sure to follow up with a good quality non-comedonal lotion like cetaphil. I do it once a week. But twice a week may speed up process. Study proper exfoliating and moisturizing technique to not damage your skin. Persistence will bring results.

Exfoliate your skin with a exfoliating bath brush. Then keep moistering your skin with Shea Butter I mix it with coconut oil. You have to be consistent. That's why she's telling you to keep at at. Sometimes you won't see results until 3 months. Time & Patient. Take care of your skin eat a well blance diet. Antioxidants kills free radicals. Your skin will tell you how well you're are doing. Consume water half your body weight. Google, do the work show up in your own life.

roothair1 Smooth feet,i use a callous remover on my DRY feet,scrape until you're satisfied with your results, then mix sugar,honey & freshly squeezed lemon juice,exfoliate your feet with that. I've been doing this for years & ALWAYS get compliments on how pretty & soft they are

lil mouse the best what does it have to do with color?
@thriveflourishmotivate5 жыл бұрын
Use a callous remover, use when you’re in the shower. When you get out coat your feet in Vaseline and focus on dry areas. Slip on socks to lock moisture in. Do it consistently and your feet will always be soft and smooth.

I love your videos and I just recently started becoming consistent in eliminating dark areas after weight loss. You are beautiful!

When you said you weren't wearing makeup I was like "are you kidding me??? How ??" If I could look THAT good without makeup, I would save so much money
