Played completely fine first 15-18 days of this season hop on about 6 days ago and ever since every SINGLE SHOT IS SLIGHTLY LATE & yes I can confidently say I know my jump shot I have already dropped multiple 40+ pts games and really know how to shoot and grinding all my shooting badges to legend without my career the latency I'm receiving with full bars optimum Wi-Fi and lan cable hooked in is insane literally finna take the 14k player ranked in rep on 2k25 off the game it doesn't want me to shoot anymore

My only issue with the game is the shot timing thing the way ur character hip turns on shots n crap its weird ive played both versions of 2k last 4 years and every time i end up on current gens cause shooting seems normal on that one my guy aint tryna hip turn n crap like he a ballerina

Ive been gaming with an Ethernet for 8+ years on pc and ps5, not once was there a delay issue… except for 2k. 2024 and they have worse optimization and servers than games that came out in 2008

Xbox user here. Using a pro controller i got for 40 dollars and I can confidently say it's helpful af. Not saying that you specifically need a PRO controller to play 2K, but it helps to have a controller with a cable.

Why does 1080p have less latency than 1440p? Nothing i've read or heard can confirm this. Does the Xbox/PS5 not do 60/120fps at either resolution

disregard what I said about 1440p, that and 1080p have the same result when it comes to latency. What I meant was 4k and those really high resolutions, those will cause significant amounts of delay
