For anyone having issues with their preferences not being as advanced as the one shown in the video, with my Epson, i just went to the epson website and installed the latest driver for my printer and it worked! Mine now looks like the one in the video. I use the Epson ET2850. Hope this helps!

Trying it out right now!!! Will update this comment as soon as I do a test print. *Update* Totally works!!! I set my density to -10 but will be pushing it to -6 if possible, just like to use a bit more ink!!! Totally earned my subscription!!!!

I have a pizza wheel problem. I've bought a couple products to try and clean the wheels. Even if they're working I still cannot change the density because it's not part of my driver. See my last comment. What do I do? I also have not way to turn off bidirectional printing. It's not a setting I can change. The pizza wheel dots aren't visible until I cook my tumblers so I keep ruining products. And because I converted the Epson I cannot contact them for help because my warranty is voided.

I wonder if you held it up to the light. I’ve heard that sometimes it’s the black dots and sometimes it actually has enough buildup that it pokes pinholes through. They look white. Either way the pizza wheels still need to be cleaned. This looks like the best and cheapest way.

How often do you clean your printer? It worked but after 3 prints the lines started coming back.

I have the Epson ET3830 and do not have a page to change the density. I know that was definitely a huge problem for me with a mostly black tumbler I made for a customer. It was a Thin Blue Line American Flag with a Blue line. The flag is black and I could actually feel the printer was laying down way too much ink. But there was absolutely no place where I could change it. The tumblers kept burning even with the lowest heat and shortest time settings possible to even sublimate. Why don't I have the ability to find those settings? Shouldn't they be on all printers?

@@lucyl1716 I just realized that I didn't have the most current printer driver. Go look on the website for your printer brand and look for the current one that matches your current operating system. Make sure you go in and completely delete the old printer driver first before installing the new one.

@@lucyl1716 When my driver installed it installed what looked like 2 printers. I kept using the one that seemed to be the correct one and when I checked it, the printer driver was only version 2. When it installed the update it still installed what looked like 2 printers. I should have been using the other one.

I downloaded the newest version and deleted the old printer like you said but I’m still not seeing the option to adjust density I’m using Mac. Will the update alone fix the issue of wheel lines go away with the newest software alone or do I still need to change the density?

I change the print quality to standard from high and there is a difference in the 'black'. It is not as deep. That is not acceptable to me.
