@@SuperSiddis temporary yes. But I suggest you have physiotherapy sittings. You need certain precautions like no weight lifting, take care while bending forward. Follow instructions which your Dr. advises you. Best wishes

I was suffering from sciatica from past 3 month took physiotherapy and taking regular excercise still I have not able to get cured from it i feel discomfort if I sit too long or while sleeping cn't sit in the ground..I will try your asanas Let's hope it will work.

: Less protein? I do have lower back pain ( not sure what it is, it really hurts when I bend forward to touch my head to the knee while in yoga session ) I am a vegetarian but my only source of protein is soaked peanuts, every day 1 cup... should I stop it? Thank you 🙏

At initial stages don't do any exercises pls just walk five times atleast 10 min. If u r over weight pls eat less calories.

Namaste, It's best to try running for a short distance at first to ascertain if the pain gets worse. If it doesn't, you can go a little further and a little faster. It can be frustrating to build back up to your normal pace and distance at first, but it is well worth taking it steady.

maine doctor ko nhi dikhaya but jesa is video mein dikhaya hai exact same mere sath esa hota hai. itna hi discomfort. i feel extreme discomfort even if i sneeze or cough when i am in pain and i m an obese person also to discomfort and pain zyada ho jata hai. sometimes i have to take numbing painkillers. but i want to change this. kya bina doctor k pass jaye ye sahi ho jaega? agar main is video mein batayi saari baatein follow karu? please reply

My mother has been suffering since almost 10yrs and till now she encounter pain while doing works. Doctors only solution is taking rest. Though pain is not severe but she still gets pain doing work. Will this techniques help in reducing long-term sciatic.

@@manithummanapelli7234 Sorry for a long reply but I had to tell you my story. You may consider getting her good diet but please don't take it lightly, my body pain lasted for 1.5yrs. I thought its sciatica, No physiotherapist could help me. My pain initially started from lower back and later i had groin pain, thigh pain, left leg pain and then it spread to my left foot sole and toes and then left shoulder. GET HER BLOOD TESTS DONE FOR D3, B12 AND CALCIUM SERUM, SHOW IT TO A GOOD DOCTOR WHO CAN SUGGEST MEDICINES/INJECTIONS FOR DEFICIENCY. My doctor gave me b12 and d3 monthly injections. In 3 months pain got almost reduced by 50%. It might help you because I was in a lot of pain. I sunbathe daily for 20 mins (no sunscreen pls), eat sundried mushrooms, til, beetroot, anjeer, choona and bhuna chana. All the best !!

I am geeling pain in my leg especially from knee to foot. The pain is tingling pain like piercing pain. When i strech , that time it feel ok but after sometime it feels. The pain is not so severe but tingling pain for sometime is not feeling fine. My vitamin D is 6ng so is this also the reason for pain or could it be sciatic pain. Please anyone can confirm.

get your vit d and b12 checked...my vit d was 4ng even b12 was too low..i too had this issue but after getting vitamins deficiency treated my pain went away...but consult a doctor only,,,you might need injections, and DONT EAT VIT D12 BY YOURSELF BECAUSE YOUR VIT D IS TOO LOW AND NATURAL SUNLIGHT WON'T RAISE THE LEVELS SOON.
