How to Get Rid of Spiders Guaranteed (4 Easy Steps)

In this video, we will show you how to get rid of spiders using the Solutions four step process.
With the warmer months upon us, it’s time to think about pest control. And as the bugs come out, so do the spiders. Spiders are an important part of the ecosystem and can help you with your own pest control, but a lot of the time we don’t want them around -- especially brown recluses or black widows that often times deliver a fatal bite.
ID & INSPECTION:
Some of the most common species you may encounter are wolf spiders, orb spiders, jumping spiders, and the brown recluse and black widow. The good news is that the brown recluse and the black widow are the only life-threatening venomous spiders found in the United States, but that doesn’t mean other types won’t leave a nasty bite.
A lot of the time, identification and inspection go hand-in-hand because it can sometimes be difficult to determine what kind of spider you have. So when identifying a spider, note its size, its color, and its behavior.
Spiders are shy and prefer to stay hidden, so finding spiders around the home may be difficult. Check around your property for webs. Spiders tend to build them in undisturbed areas but typically they might be around ceilings, fixtures, next to windows, and corners of a room. Also check the attic and garage areas. Move things around to see if you can spot spiders and webs.
These steps are important because without knowing exactly where to treat and what to treat for, it can make spider control difficult. The good news is the products in our Spider Kit will eliminate almost any spider problem.
CONTROL:
The third step in the process is control.
The first thing you will want to do is declutter your house. Spiders typically hide in cluttered areas such as attics, garages, or basements. Do your best to throw out or re-organize as much as possible so that the spiders will be more out in the open. This will eliminate their harborage areas and make it easier to see them and apply these control techniques.
Next, we’ll use a product called Reclaim IT with a pump sprayer. Reclaim IT is a powerful insecticide concentrate that will help deliver a quick knockdown and long residual.
Spray outside around windows and doors, around porches, under patio coverings, and along eaves. Inside, spray along baseboards, in closets, and in garages and storage spaces.
After that, monitor spider activity by using Catchmaster 72MB glue boards. These are multi-insect and rodent glue boards that are perfect for capturing stray spiders that can be hard to find.
Lay these out in areas where you have seen spider activity such as in cabinets, closets, storage areas, garages, or attics. The spiders will walk across the boards and get stuck and can then be disposed of. These glue boards will also trap any other crawling pests.
Eliminate spider webs by using Web Out spray. Web Out is a low-toxicity formula designed to break down webs to make cleaning easier while preventing new webs.
Spray any spider webs that you see, usually in dark corners of rooms or along the eaves of a house. Clean up the web by using a broom or or a web duster head. This will discourage spiders from rebuilding their webs in those areas.
PREVENTION:
The final step of the process is prevention.
Keep the spiders away by spraying the perimeter of your home with Reclaim IT. Spray three feet up the structure and three feet out. This will create an insecticidal barrier that will keep spiders away.
Seal off any openings, cracks or crevices you find around your home with caulk.
Be diligent about knocking down any webs you might see.
And continue general pest control practices to keep other bugs away. Remember, insects are a spider’s food source, so if you can control them, you control the spiders.
If you follow these steps, we guarantee you 100% that you will get rid of spiders. Not only will you have eliminated spiders, but you will have controlled other pests too, leaving your property spider free.

I did the classic thing which is to look under the bed and i found out there is like 3 spiders and they have really thin lifs and small body. Shelby, Homemade spider spray. 1 T dish soap, 1/3 C white vinegar, 1 1/2 c water, 10 drops peppermint essential oil and 5 drops lavender essential oil. Put in spray bottle and shake. Also diatomatious earth may also help. Good luck.

I've been on the warpath with spiders for as long as I can remember, but more so after my daughter was bit by a brown recluse when playing outdoors in Florida. It took 2 years, several hospitals, countless doctors and tests to confirm this nickel sized hole in her leg was indeed a spider bite. Paranoia doesn't even begin to describe the panic and anxiety I feel when it comes to spiders, especially brown recluses in or near my home.

I catch ones I can reach in a clear plastic carton with lid & let them loose in the back yard. Ones that are too high, I vacuum them up & then cover the end of the vacuum cleaner so they don't crawl out. I found out ants don't like orange oil, but I don't know about spiders.

I have been spraying the outside of my house for years and years and use those radio frequency things indoors. I seem to be able to control them but not eliminate them. I have been playing with my outdoor lights too. I found an article that tested light bulbs and they discovered that, LEDs with a 25000 k worked best to deter bugs which in turn deters spiders. I tried it this season and am happy with the results.

I just saw one in my living room and I froze whilst I thought of my options. I was getting ready to go to bed as it's after midnight and I'm tired, but now I'm thinking about what I'm going to do. After I got over the shock of seeing a big spider which I wasn't expecting I decided to go and get some sprays from the kitchen, but when I got back the spider had disappeared. I've been sitting here waiting for it to come back so I can spray it from as far as I can. I'm not happy because it hasn't come back and I want to sleep, but I'll be home alone tomorrow and I work from my living room, so knowing there's a big spider somewhere doesn't fill my heart with joy.

It is currently 4 in the morning and now I’m scared for my life because there was like 15 different images of deadly or venomous spiders that could possibly be lurking in the shadows. One suggestion I'd like to point out is that it's better to clean up and kill the spiders up in eaves or patio ceilings if you're using a microencapsulated product like Bifenthrin 7.9. If you spray first, as many companies or technicians do and then come back after the yard spray to use a web pole and web head, you are breaking the micro capsules and it will not be as effective. Especially if a lot of de-webbing is necessary. If using a wettable powder like Cyfluthrin or Cypermethrin or an EC like Permethrin 36.8% then you can do the spraying first and then come back to knock the webs down. Most of all for PCOs, for the love of GOD, don't waste your money on Suspend Polyzone. You will NOT be happy with the results and will be a lot lighter in the wallet paying a king's ransom for a completely overhyped pesticide. I would always suggest using Bifenthrin 7.9% for spider and web control, like Reclaim IT or Talstar One.

My boy, my homie, my dawg, Keith. First of all, I don't wanna do this anymore bc you said there's jumping spidos. And you said I had to move the clutter to get to those bad boys, but Keithy, my boy, you don't understand. No one has gone in there in literal Years and I wanted to use the room for stuff. ( just to clarify the room is a basement under our garage which is detached from our house) and there are SO MANY SPIDOS! to move the clutter I have to go through a spider army. It's like Nam in there Kiethy, they are hiding in the trees, (if trees were the ceiling) And you walk in and close the door but you find out its a trap bc the spidos are on the doorknob. I barely got out of there alive. And Keithy my boyo, I'm broke and have zero moneys. I can't buy anything and have to use what I have. In your floor vents, put nylon screen (you can buy at any hardware store) inside and put the vent over it (with the screen about 1/2+ inches on the floor so that the vent covers it). The spiders that go from unit to unit can't enter your apt thru the vents because of the screens. Also, use gorilla tape as that's as effective as the more expensive sticky traps.

Best method is to use a roach control bait, this is offering the roach a food source. Bait for about 10 days and then you can apply an insecticide.
