1:43 - 2 glasses of hot water 2:09 - ccf detox tea recipe (7am) cumin coriander fennel (1/2tsp each) 2:48 - Pomegranate/Any seasonal fruit/Spiced chana sattu (use rock salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice)/Vegetable oats (use steel cut oats) Drink 1l water between breakfast and lunch. 3:48 Millet khichdi (foxtail millet + green moong dal) 4:30 Another option for lunch (for roti use a grain you’re not used to like jowar bajra) 5:10 drink a litr water after lunch & before evening snack 5:20 jamun for evening snack 5:59 dinner 7:00 triphala 7:50 Do this diet for 3 days

I havent tried this but I have tried surviving 24 hours with only water...That helps in detoxing too....I feel proper fast is living without anything for 24 hours....It really helps the body to do it's pending work and helps you gear up for the next day

6pm Detox body - after waking up dring 1-2 glass of hot water - CCF tea - annar pomegranate or (1) Breakfast - millet khidki use what you are not used to eating - loki turai - good for blood - seasonal fruits or - sattu or 5 pm Jamun and soaked badam Night Tomato soup and handful of Makhan Less food in night 9 am - 1/4 th lukewarm water and 1/2 tablespoons trifpala Sleep well

Simple answer is clean diet, calorific deficit diet, & lift weights 2-3 times a week. All health issues will vanish in 3-4 weeks. Worked for me 💪🏽

Summary Jab body mein gandgi jami hogi toh dhng se kam nhi krega koi organ. Tiredness junk food craving dull skin digestive issue nd sleep problems ye sb symptoms h toxins in the body ke. Jb cleanse hojaga toh ye sb symptoms reverse hone lgenge and ap energetic feel kroge. Ye toxins accumulte hote kyu h - junk food khane se, jyada dawai lene se, neend ki kami, environment pollutants etc. So, routine:- Subha uthte hi 1 se 2 gilas garam pani ke piyen mausam koi bhi ho. Isse bowel movement easy hoga. Freshen up hone ke bad ccf tea banakr piyen. Pani mein equal amounts mein jeera sookha dhania and saunf dalkr ubalein jb tk pani adha hojae. Chane or mithe ke lie shehed dal skte h vrna skip krde shehed. Halka thanda hone pr pile. Nashte mein ek bda bowl anar ka khaen. Isme green tea se 3x jyada antioxidant hote h. Anar ki jagah koi or seasonal fruit bhi kha sakte h but sirf ek fruit mix na kren. Lunch mein millet khae. Koi esi grain jiski apko body ko adat na ho jese gehu chawal. Video mein foxtail millet with green moong dal use kra h khichdi bnane ke lie. Agar kchidi nhi khani toh tori ya ghiye stj ek roti bhi kha skte h. Chapati gehu ke aate ki na ho. Kisi bhi or grain ki bnae. Snacks mein jamun khae ek bowl. Or koi fruit bhi le skte. Apple ek achla option h. Bhige badam chil kr kha skte. Ya fr raisins pani mein bhigo kr kha skte pani sth pile uska. Koi ek option choose kren snacks ke lie. Dinner mein tomato soup pile with roasted makhana.

I have benefitted a lot by watching your videos. I stopped eating bread and biscuits and opted for healthier options. I changed my salt , I started to use cold pressed oil, replaced rice with Daliya khichdi..millets khichdi, oats. Thank you so very much....

We are a youthful nation as well as fastest growing economy but this one bad habit is spreading very fast among young adults and needs to be resolved through ayurveda and ancient Indian medical science.
