I used to suffer from severe gastritis and gas problem for 3 yrs. 3 months back I included ginger water, oats and buttermilk in my diet on daily basis. All my gut problems are cured and I am not using any antacids now. Now I will add grapes and fennel seeds to my diet. Thanks for a such a wonderful videos. In morning 30 min before breakfast, have curd with some jaggery powder mix. 2. Add oats in breakfast as it is full of fibre and improves the amount of good gut bacteria. Replace rice or wheat with oats as much as possible 3. Some day you can start your day with grapes or have it between two meals. 4. Ginger tea ..simply boil ginger in water and stain it or you can add some ginger in milk and boil it and have it before bed 4. Thick sauf. You can have it after every meal or simply boil sauf and stain that water

7:12 If someone's wondering, he is literally spitting facts there. My favourite fruit are grapes and I believe you must consume green grapes (natural one's, not wax coated). I face digestive problems but when I have a plate full of grapes, it literally helps. But I still suggest that you must know your body's dosha first. 8:23 Bro Munakka seems better in winters and Kishmish is better in summers. And never take sugar coated colourful saunf

You are right but depends on which time of the day - Please also look at the Oats recommended as super food and SUBSTITUTE FOR RICE AND WHEAT OR OTHER GRAINS - it will be worse if he counts millets as well !!!!! Pearl millet would beat every other fiber ( if cooked soaked in water overnight) but fortified oats is just rescue substitute for few days , that’s all Something wrong with this vid version Of Fitty tuber ?!

You should also include. -Why we should not eat curd at night. -Why you feel sleepy after eating oat meal in breakfast -why regular ginger intake can produce more heat in body Anyway Thank you so much as i start using reetha (along with multani mitti) instead of shampoo from 3 months an its doing wonders, I hope anybody would have told me when I was 20 to not use chemical shampoo in hair

My husband is Russian. He was born and brought up in Russia and from the last 9 years he is a strict vegetarian and doesn't even consume onion and garlic. He farts a lot unnecessarily. I don't understand the reason even though we live a healthy lifestyle.

Too much protein, beans, etc aka sulfur containing compounds. Not enough or too much fiber (both can cause constipation) which traps the sulfuric foods in the intestine and builds up the air instead of letting it pass as it comes. Farting isn't bad, really smelly farts are.
