I've been forced to replay trauma in my head countless times and it's been getting increasingly worse over time. I got desperate. I'm glad that I tried this. After watching this and doing the method you told me to do to get rid of those unpleasant feelings I was able to relax for the first time, I forgot the feeling of that heavy anvil in my heart, I feel more productive, I feel lighter, I don't feel worried anymore or bothered at all! I also don't feel annoyed anymore like I used to, I might do this again like every week. Again, thank you! Edit: Been doing for twice a month now and It's really effective. For the past four months, I've been haunted by feelings I've had regarding something I knew wasn't true, but couldn't help but constantly worry about. That fear even caused me to have what I believe was my first panic attack... After this method, the fear is practically gone, and after putting myself through thoughts that once triggered fear/panic, I didn't react as negatively to them, if at all. This video quite possibly just saved my life 🙏

I consider myself as someone who feels intensely and has attachment issues and quite doubtful too, yet all that disappeared in regard to the thoughts I had with this particular situation. I feel so light. Thank you. This is just a surreal strategy! Amazing!

The beginning of the semester hit me hard. The instructors in my advanced composition class had potty mouths and were using profanity. And the course required me to read and watch books and movies with adult/mature themes (violence, sexuality, drama, etc.) I hate things like that, but there was no going around that stuff without getting a failing grade. So I dropped the class. Based off what had happened, I had a strong feeling of insecurity and that there was no way I could graduate college without completing my general ed requirements and I started to worry that I will never graduate because of what happened. But this video helped me feel much better. Thanks so much. God bless you.

Sounds like you did the right thing by dropping that class because it put negative images/ideas into ones mind. I rwasted so many years watching sx and violence on tv. And a professional instructor shouldn't be using profanity. I regret paying for a class where the pseudo instructor was making graphic sxual comments! ;( Then in an appt told me not to stick my nose into her and her spouses sx life!(when I was talking about othr pple) What a hippocite! I have so many painful memories that Idk how to let go of because no matter what I do they always come back ;(

i was trying to find ways to cope since i was actually starting to punch my self out of regret. i decided to go to youtube and search up "how to forget" this popped up and i decided to watch it because i felt really bothered about this emotion, i had to watch it in two parts since i had to do something. and even if i only watched the half of it at first this emotion stopped bothering me, like i know and still remember about the thing i did but it felt more calm. like this little monster hurting me disappeared, i could joke about the thing that i did and i felt amazing because this usually takes a long time before you could actually do this. thank you so much i feel so much at peace

One word from me! Thank you for helping me release my trauma that held me for 5 years and yes I said 5 years. Damn you (whatever I was thinking that I must forget about completely) For others reading this who think I’m being dumb for re installing a nightmare but You don’t have to re follow these steps because you just have to forget it and relax your mind and think into something positive, this is just 1 method thanks to this guy who shared one because he cares about other peoples brains 🧠. So there was this movie scene I saw which scared me so bad that I couldn’t let go of it for 5 years. The movie was slither. That alien movie and the part which scarred me for 5 ears was the barn scene as it gives me overwhelming memories for 5 years and I couldn’t sleep well. So when I scroll down for movie scenes I start hoping I won’t ever see that despite me knowing it already meaning there is no reason. But I am ok now as I have learnt that you just need to release your trauma by thinking of positivity’s and not the negativity’s You even earned a sub and like dude

I've had the worst anxiety of my life these past few months. This helps so much. Doesn't fix it completely, but it talks me down from my worst episodes before work, etc. It's similar to some visualization exercises my therapist used to have me do. Have I just been avoiding my emotions this whole time? (probably) Thank you so much for this!
