Do I set all three a esa to 25 on M1 only or also M2 & M3

You can set it to M2 and M3 as well to have the same settings. But I encourage you to experiment with them and understand what kind of responsiveness you prefer. For example on M2 mode( Pan & Tilt Follow) I like tilt and roll a little bit slower (16).

Why I can’t do auto tune ? Error auto tune time out

My ronin sc is working in 3d roll mode upwards but not working when I'm trying to take the front side shot with 3 roll mode any idea?

It’s the limitation of the construction of the device, unfortunately that’s how it works. You can add a handle for more comfortable shooting.
