Whereabouts in the world is that lovely ruined building in the background of your images at about 3:43 ? As a tip for people who don't have a fast portrait lens (and want more than the subtle touch shown here), if you want to blur a not very blurry background in Photoshop, the most natural looking blur (most like a real lens) is the tilt shift blur, with the selection point below the image or at the bottom of the frame, with the subject masked. Other good blur models, like gaussian, are pretty easy for a practiced eye to spot, even though they don't look bad, but if you pick the center point well, the tilt shift blur will look like the amount of blur changes with depth of field in your image, like a lens blur does.
