This is pretty rad, as a person who uses CAD softwares often this seems like a very good way to get younger kids more familiar with the workflow and maybe eventually pick up 3d modelling!

@@toprelay I would recommend worldedit if you've never used it before, it's a lot more casual, you can build naturally as well as fill regions and repeat patterns

Haven't watched all of this yet but rad tutorial! Just from watching I honestly think a tutorial isnt really necessary (appreciative of course!) considering how well its made! Its so smooth and intuitive! I love building in Minecraft but I prefer doing the small details, this mod does all the long and boring stuff for me so I can finally finish builds I gave up on months/years ago!

Let me tell you, this is not some little tool, the implications of this are absolutly huge. Cad and Revit completly changed the world of construction. Those softwares can cost thousands of dollars to be able to use. Except because this is a mod and its illegal to charge money to use them, we get some of the basic/most nessecary tools we need for free. Ofcourse because its Minecraft it has limitations but its basically like Sketchup. I dont know how to feel right now.

Thank you so much for this tutorial! Im currently building a giant map (a Kingdom actually) where there are Like 10 big cities and 1 capital city. Each city has a tree in its Center like the capital having a futuristic tree, and between each city would be about 10 villages about 1000 Blocks apart from eachother, and since its in superflat (miners delight or what ever) i would need to build the Terrain myself so this could have taken years to build making it be very outdated when done. But thanks to this it now might just take a year or two. I just found out about this mod. Thank you for teaching me how the mod works. P.S. the kingdom is called Sealium named after mycelium.
