Great Video Coach... something I've given thought to, but had no clue about... and reluctant to visit an expensive health professional.

FYI, I am at the MLB Commissioner's office right now with a bunch of the MLB team physicians for a medical conference and the lecture about the search for velocity by the chairman of the MLB medical committee had your KZbin channel as the first screenshot, it was really fast that it was shown, I think your thumbnail for your video about average velocity by age. I wanted to snap a photo of it, but didn't get it in time. It was a good lecture about velo and increased injury.

interesting! Good to know I'm getting some airtime in high places. thanks for sharing! The Reds' team Doc - Tim Kremcheck - did my second Tommy John surgery. I wonder if he would recognize me.

@@DanBlewett these guys were talking about cases like it was yesterday. He wasn't here today. It is amazing how these docs take care of their players compared to parents who abuse their players' arms. They treat these pitchers like prized race horses.

Dr. Kremchek is a nice man. He took a little extra time and just listened to me. It was hard being in his office for a second procedure, and he seemed to understand that.

@@DanBlewett we finished up the meeting yesterday and I left a little mystified. There were some pretty vocal physical therapists talking about weighted ball training and the consensus was "bad", but I reviewed the artciels they are using to make these claims and they are small and have some design issues. What did you see in your career? I want to start a trial of my own. I had no arm injuries over the last 2 years with my varsity pitchers who did plyo routines regurlalry for warmups.
