I’ve noticed since the last two patches (on extreme) enemies will really come after you once they find you, they will scale rock etc and pursue you. It’s making the game much more challenging.

I'd be tempted to get it for one reason. The scope reticle is RED! And not frigging white or black, which is practically invisible against half of the backgrounds in the game. I don't know how many shots I've missed with the old earth hunting rifle, very early game, because I wasn't sure exactly where I was aiming since I couldn't see the scope reticle worth a damn.

If you're on PC there is (well, at least there was) a mod to fix reticle colors. Might be called Better Scopes, or something like that.

It’s honestly a sick weapon. I had the 1k credits for the premium edition so I purchased the quest. This is the first time I’m hearing it without the suppressor and it sounds beast af. And yeah that boss was no joke. He instantly shot you anytime he had a line of sight on you. Died more times with this boss than any other one.

Use the money or the weapons that fit you and your fun. I bought some of the additional stuff to support the game and the creators but all you need is the base game to have fun. Rock on good Sir DeanPo.

You should do a side by side comparison of Advanced versions of the Novastrike and Inflictor, figure out when it's better to have more physical damage and when it's better to have more energy damage. Fully maxed out on the skill tree, Inflictors for me do about 1600 total damage, and the Novastrike does 1800.

If you have the Shattered Space Edition you get the Trackers Alliance quest at no cost. It automatically comes with the update. But I don't hear anyone mentioning that.

Hell no, it is this most powerful particle rifle. Fully Maxed hits more than 1.6k, you can make it EM but its a waste

@deanpogaming it one taps the robots I've encountered with it. I tried it for the bounty missions that are wanted "alive" and I was curious. It would be good for stealing a friendly ship. You could knock everyone out, then go kill them and not get a bounty. Perfect for a Chimera encounter.

This is really good if u put the em rounds in and do the bounty quests where u need them alive u can even miss all the other npc's and u knock the target down quest is done shoot him and he wakes up u can then kill and loot

I was always going to buy the shattered space DLC. So for me, I was always going to have the 1000 Creation Credits. I have no issues paying for extra (optional) content. I also have no issue with people who don't want to pay for things. I do have an issue for people who don't think modders should be able to use creations if the choose and who expect all modders to give them things for free like they deserve everyone's creations for free. I got the 2nd Tracker mission and that weapon. I like the weapon I am currently using it. I play on normal level (not extra spongy enemies). I really like that gun. But people should not feel they HAVE to purchase that mission. I have no issues with the mission. I do think it is a bad look for Bethesda and I wish they would have released it for free. Maybe they will release more that somehow has Vulture as a requirement but are free in then questline. I guess we will see.

EASY UNLIMITED ASTRA During the Crimson Fleet Mission "The Best There Is", you meet Huan on the ship "Jade Swan". Astra can be in the Captain's Locker. As many as TWELVE from what I've seen. That doesn't even matter though, because after you take it, go to the lodge, wait 24 hours, go back to the locker, and there will be more. It's quick, easy, and unlimited. Stock up before it's patched.

I broke my weapon. I took it to the work bench and I wanted to convert it to an EM sniper rifle. Now it won't reload after I empty it.🤬

@deanpogaming Yes! I just checked, and now I can reload it! It makes a great EM sniper rifle. I'm going to a high-level planet and see how quickly it'll incapacitate a high-level enemy! BRB!

I molded the advanced version of the particle sniper to fo em damage and it does 308 em damage. Great gor the wanted alive bounties.

I have no points in the EM knockout and that gun one shots every enemy if you hit him in the head when it’s a EM weapon. It’s meant to knock out the bounties you’re supposed to take alive.

Disagree. The weapon is only part of the creation. The $7 value may just come from the new unique content. Everyone should decide. People pay way more for just skins in games. To me $7 is a decent price for all you get.

Run mission twice. First time advance white weapon. 2nd after ng+ was advanced blue version. Also 2 different endings depending on leads you find. Presidio and hometown endings so far.

Dean don’t tell people not to do the quest. It not about the weapon it’s about the experience and the fun of playing the quest. I’m going to pay my $7 and play it. You have to buy stuff in Halo and other games. So it’s 7 bucks big deal. But for me I’ve enjoyed this game from the beginning even when people were poo pooing it. I enjoy watching your videos but sometimes you’re just wrong.

I may know what I'm talking about here. You do not hold your breath during a shot (games do this). Tuck your elbows in tight and bring them in close (in contact with the chest) it is like bench shooting. Fire the shot at the bottom of the breath. Weapons in the game is not the issue. I would play with a decent bow. It is the lack of content. Sold me a large Coke but it is mostly ice.

@deanpogaming the advanced kodoma is guaranteed. It's on the shelf below the weapon rack on the back wall of the office. You missed it on your "showcase."

@achop980 it's in the Syrma system. Middle of the map. Level 55. On 7a. If you save in orbit, you can reload that save to change the loot. The good stuff is in the office downstairs. You'll need to pick an advanced lock. The office will always have an advance magshot and an Advanced Kodoma. The 2 weapon racks spawn in the office can spawn junk to legendary. I've pulled some sick weapons from these racks at levels below 10. Usually 7 or 8. There are 5 digipics and a bunch of food. And a Varuun magazine that gives a commerce buff. I've also found the GalBank Stormrider in this system 3 or 4 times.
