Can i ask the Accenture hr to extend joining date for 30 days? Due to 90 days notice period in my current organisation and they are not allowing me to relieve early

If you are working in a big/known company then other companies are aware of the notice period, difficult to put wrong info in profile

Just to get the calls I said later once you get the confirmation you will get time or else you can talk yo your present manger and can reduce notice period not a problem

Either you are naive or your audience is too jobless to believe this. 9/10 companies will refuse to negotiate on this... you can keep crying. This video is like how to negotiate with gravity when you jump off without a parachute. And yeah those 1 that actually listen are non-IT.

We can't cheat ourselves.. And companies are also not good that they will listen all this things. First of all the companies who ask can u join us early ,themselves will have 3 months NP.

Convincing will not going to help, if your team size is less or you have more dependency on your role. How to handle this scenario? Do we have any buyout option in tcs?

i am working in accenture my notice period was 60 days i got offer from another company they were demanding me to join in 30 days, so i decided to buyout from accenture, not sure everyone's having different thoughts in buying out, what is your opinion, whether they allow me to buyout or not?

Companies spends money and time to hire best candidates so to make them leave the company they will again need replacement so for that they will keep some time in terms of notice period and also other factors included

i had applied a company and i got the call from the hr.after that the hr said that resume will be share to manager once shortlist you will get a call. that i got selected or not how i know that??

Hi Mam, please help me with this I have worked for 5 months in an organisation and I have active UAN but now I have got an offer from another company for which I applied before 5 months and in this interview I haven't disclosed about my 5 months experience as I was fresher while applying. So in all the on boarding forms I haven't mentioned about UAN.. So while creating a new UAN if the company is able find this out, how best can I handle the situation please help me
