- Just to Clarify, Kelvin is super nice to say I have 10 years of Experience (which is not wrong) but I have only practiced professionally as an agent since 2023. My other years of experience comes in helping agents, such as my own parents and others, with their real estate marketing needs. - HFE is valid for 9 months as of now but also noted that HFE needs to be Valid during Resale SUBMISSION. You need a HFE before you can Option a Flat but the HFE must still be valid when you are doing Resale Submission. Take note for those buying a home with Extended Submission period. Hope this helps!

This is exactly the reason why the agent industry has to be cleaned up. Claiming to have 10 years experience while only being in the industry for less than 1 year. Hilarious!

Next time get a proper property agent with 10+ year track record and one who has went through the ups and downs of a property cycle to offer realistic advice. You want more credibility? Ask Ku Swee Yong to do an interview

Hi can I know if we can change the current hdb housing loan from finance company to HDB? As there is a dropped on income. And meet the hdb income ceiling.

Great Question! Sadly, you can change from HDB loan to Bank loan but cannot change from Bank Loan to HDB Loan in most situations! So my advice to my friends and clients is ALWAYS start with HDB loan if you are eligible especially in the interest rate environment we are in now. Hope this helps!
