A few people asked about this so ill post it here. you only need to connect to VPN while you are getting the game. Once the game is in your library you don't need to connect to a VPN to download or play the game.

yes, the game is set to release on OCT 1st at around 17.00 pm UTC. Since the game is not out yet for F2P, only the pre download option is available. once it releases you'll get to start playing it. So for for now it says " the game is not released yet"

The global version of the game is not available in Korea. if you want to play the Korean version of the game (which is different than the global version) you cannot get it through steam. you have to use a different software to get it which i believe is called "PURPLE". if you want to play the global version, connect to a region that the game is available.

I have created an account using a VPN and set the region to Turkey, but in the cart it is showing the currency of the item in USD, what did I do wrong? I dont have the option to change currency or the billing address as you do

what i would recommend is, 1. If you were able to create an account while connected to a Turkish server the game might already be available in your store. so check that first. 2. (most likely the cause) As far as i know you cannot create a new steam account while connected to a VPN because steam client won't let you. So i suspect your VPN software is not working properly. try a different VPN software and see if that helps. 3.If your VPN software is working properly try connecting to another region and see if that works.

yes SEA are included, but you have to play to the official publisher NCSOFT launcher but you will gonna have to play with koreans.. apparently steam is only for american which is amazon publisher (2nd publisher)

I got the game the same way as i explained in the video and I've been playing the game since launch without issues. So unless you do this often i don't think it will be a problem.

It will be free to play from OCT 1st onwards. The purchase was only to get early access to the game.

No you don't need to connect to a VPN to play the game. once you get the game from steam, play as usual like you would any other game.

Steam do have a policy about that. But as long as you don't actually purchase anything with real money with VPN on, i don't think it'll be a problem. That is why i recommended in the video that you use a new steam account just to be safe because you'll never know. And this is the only way i know to get the game outside of allowed regions.

I'm not entirely sure. i don't think you need a VPN to start playing the game since its on steam. But just to be safe i would recommend connecting to a VPN when you first play the game for the first time. you know just to be on the safe side.
