Hello bro, thanks for your valuable video 😊....I have a question ❓.... from Gayrettepe station,there is a lots of walking and too many ways under ground to reach to the metro platform, I am a bit nervous if I don't get lost inside underground ways and catch a wrong metro 😢.....is there only one platform for M11 at Gayrettepe station or there are multiple platforms and we need to choose the right one?
@ThomasBudak11 ай бұрын
@faisalishaque2000 Hello, There is nothing to worry you at Gayrettepe station. After getting off the M2 metro, M11 signs will direct you. There is no possibility of taking the wrong metro, there is only one metro transfer at Gayrettepe station.

@@ThomasBudak is the entry and exit of all stations are same ? If entry and exit are the same, will the passenger easily get to know that they are not catching the opposite direction metro? For example if I am going from Sultan Ahmet to the airport, I may not catch the opposite direction Train which will take me further away from the airport
@ThomasBudak11 ай бұрын
@faisalishaque2000 You need to pay attention to which direction you will take the T1 tram and M2 metro. You do not need to pay attention to the M11 metro because the airport and Gayrettepe stops are the last stops.

@faisalishaque2000 Hello, I did not take a video of the tram going to Bagcilar
@faisalishaque20006 ай бұрын
@@ThomasBudak I mean there are 2 sides of T1 station at Sultanahmet, 1 is going KABTAS and opposite side going Bagciler...if we have to go to vezniciler metro, we need to catch Bagciler side T1 to reach Lalie university station and then walk from Lalie university station to vezniciler metro

Thanks for your work. I am confused and disappointed. Confused because it.s bloody complicated and there are not enough guiding signs. Disappointed because there is too much to walk pulling a lot of luggage and the whole thing is not tourist friendly at all. In addition, I don.t understand - do people have to pay for each segment/means of transport, meaning tram, then m2 and finally m11?
@ThomasBudak10 ай бұрын
@eliluise Hello, When going from Sultanahmet to Istanbul airport, you will first take the T1 tram, then the M2 metro, then the M11 metro.
@eliluise10 ай бұрын
@@ThomasBudak Yes, I got it. But there is too much walking, climbing, going up and down, and it is very uncomfortable and tiring when you have luggage to carry. What is the total cost for the 3 means of transport? In European cities, there are tickets (for all means of transp) available for 1h30 or 2hours, so you don.t have to pay and pay and pay again.
@ThomasBudak10 ай бұрын
@eliluise The cost of a total of 3 vehicles is 53 TL ($1.63), which I think is cheap compared to European countries. It is a 5-minute walk from T1 tram to M2 metro. It's a 10-minute walk from M2 metro to M11 metro

@lymint9587 The cost of taking the metro is 17.70 TL ($0.56). I think it is quite cheap compared to other countries🙂
