Last night I wanted to Google "how do I get myself unstuck" but I have also been feeling so depressed..not wanting to even get out of bed or see anyone. I didn't, because the thought of doing that made me feel sick. Today this video popped up! Thank you. 🙏🏻

it is about mental state. change the way you see things. Say good things happen to me every single day. then you will realize you always find things that really make you happy. but if you always brainwash your mind about bad things happening to you surely you will have a bad day. So keep on practicing gratitude. then it will multiply. have a good one.

Sunday 3/3/24 A suggestion if I may, Right when you wake up, find gratitude in your heart. Make a list of easy, medium and difficult things you have to or want to accomplish for yourself. Every day choose 2 or 3 items from any of the lists and check them off with gratitude. Be patient and kind to yourself. I have struggled with what I call “functioning procrastination and sadness” for a long time, although I can push them aside when I have to they always come back. I will never give up though. I have tried the lists for few days and something is clicking already, I’m committed to keep at it for a month to build the habit. It’s making a difference as I find myself more in control. I call the lists my Goliaths. We are not alone. Please take care 🙏

The taking the time each day to learn things is one of the most important on the list. People get depressed because they don't feel productive or good enough or useful or they don't have an important career, a lot of people feel that way and when you take time to learn new things all those things disappear and you feel useful and productive because even if you don't have an important job you're still learning different things every day. I take time daily to research and it has elevated my mood so much over the years.

I Love this Video! It's Specific, Inspirational, and has a few Brilliantly Unique Ideas! I feel there's so much information here on the internet that we don't appreciate enough the best videos and resources like this one and Mindvalley. Many will watch this video and move on with their life, but we want to take our time (maybe weeks), effort (maybe intense effort), and efficiency (maybe using Tiny Habits, 10 minute rule, etc) to apply everything in this video!

I agree completely. I'm always using the fact I have access to all this information and help from KZbin and the Internet in my gratitude practice. We are so lucky to be alive right now at the beginning of this time of information. There's no excuse for anyone to be ignorant nowadays!! Im also grateful that I'm at the age I'm at "45" that I have gained life experience and inturn Im confident in my use of discernment of the information I come across. 😊

I've been a Mindvalley supporter for years, love it, especially Quantum Jumping with Burt Goldman. But Vishen, in this video I wish you would modify the part where 'NOT to to let your work bleed into'. It also should NEVER EVER bleed into family time. Never. Ever. So many people who have let their work bleed into family time (like my husband did) simply don't comprehend how incredibly destructive letting their work/job bleed into family time is 😢. And then they blame their families, spouses, partners, children for the dysfunction in their homes.

That's horrible. I'm sorry you had to go to live like that. I believe nothing tho that were not victims of anything or anyone. We all have had traumatic experiences. We all have had people betray and fail us. No one gets out of this life without pain. Alot of pain. We just can't see others pain most of the time and so many people are good at acting like their fine. We also don't know what kinda pain is coming for another person. Our soul needs these life experiences to grow. Trust me both my parents betrayed and left me. My husband betrayed me also. I've NEVER had a friend that was as good to me as I was to them. Sorry I know Ur comment was about work bleeding into family life. And you're so right. Good luck I hope you're doing much better now. ❤

I love this. As a behavioral scientist and study of human behavior, the idea of getting unstuck is both easy and difficult. Because, becoming stuck is a cycle. Getting unstuck is breaking the cycle. Our brains are hardwired for story. So, when we manifest, we manifesting from the story. When we’re not manifesting, we’re not manifesting from the story. Do you get that? we get rewarded for the stories that we tell whether they’re good ones or bad ones. The first step to getting stuck, is to choose an empowering story. Then create dopamine and serotonin rituals. To hello us remove the cycles. 🎉

What kinda rituals can we do for dopamine and serotonin. I'm very interested in trying to do this. Any help u can offer is very appreciated. I'm sure I'm not the only one that will want to know this. Thanks ahead of time😊

I love Vishen & Mindvalley but please do your own research before taking everything he says as facts Often times when this dude offers tips there’s at least one instance where he is mis-informed and gives unhealthy advice. One example is suggesting people take exogenous melatonin This has been proven to be harmful if taken long-term. It lowers your bodies natural ability to produce it. Yes sleep is the most important but taking melatonin supplement will likely hurt sleep quality long-Term Instead try more natural approaches such as avoiding blue light after dark, adequate sun exposure, exercise, etc Another thing that might help improve sleep quality is tart cherry juice But again so your own research and find out what works for you instead of blindly following online gurus Not attacking Vishen here cause I love him but not everything he said is right for everyone.
