Let the cover page of your passport touch the phone (like you want to take a picture of the passport) and then move your phone up and down until the scanning starts. Once the scanning starts, hold the phone still until the scanning is completed. Let me know if this helps.

Yes, it is. All you have to do is to sign in to your LinkedIn account on that person’s phone and use the video as a guide to complete your verification.

At the moment, it is only the international passport that Nigerians can use for the verification. Hence, you will not be able to use your NIN for the verification.

What ID did you attempt to use? Only the international passport of countries with NFC chip embedded in them (e-passport) are currently eligible for the verification.
