I really need this lesson, a lot of people often say first impressions of me are that I seem stuck up, or unfriendly. THAT IS NOT THE CASE! I am the friendliest. I used to struggle with this too, and I am proud to say I've improved. You need to try to open up more, express yourself a bit more. At first you sound awkward, but eventually you'll meet like-minded people who will support you and resonate on what you are talking about. Little by little you will gain confidence. This confidence will help you sell yourself and your ideas and have reputation, but most of all having confidence is a great start in being successful.
