@@lucydenzel3348 BRO! you are NOT supposed to pour disinfectant into your mouth! The best you can do from this video is follow the baking soda, adding water and baking soda at a 1:1 ratio! You can only wash your teeth with soda only a couple of times a week because it can literally melt away at your enamel! And enamel doesn't come back.

@@mackyreyes6700 And yes, it sure does! Although the process is quite more lengthy than just washing it a couple of times and voila. You have to wash it a max of 2 times a week with the soda, for atleast like, what, 3 weeks? You also have to immediately thoroughly wash your teeth with your own toothpaste after that or you will get teeth decay from the sodium hydrocarbonate(baking soda). My teeth are actually squeaky clean, but definetly not shining white. Do not be encouraged to destroy your teeth for them to be whiter for a short while! Teeth are supposed to be slightly yellow. If you see anything that is shining white, you can call it unhealthy for the teeth's health. Most celebrities use veneers ( where they destroy your teeth to add plates that are white), which is basically destruction of what you were born with. Just wash, clean your teeth after every meal, (twice a day is fine) and sometimes (as i said, max healthy amount is 2 times a week and not in a row) use the baking soda if your teeth are feeling rough. There is no need to be insecure with the teeth you have, since destroying and having fake ones is the only wrong way to go for just a bit of contrast!
