I finally passed the real estate exam, I knew I could do it, thank you Mr. Richard for the materials, you’re the best.

@KenanGrace-wx5hw Wow congratulations to you, it’s not an easy task I must admit, I failed my second attempt a few days ago.

@@KenanGrace-wx5hw Half of the real estate exam candidates fail because they don’t study well, most don’t have time to study as they combine work and studying, it doesn’t mean they don’t know what they’re doing.
@AnnePhoebe-i2cКүн бұрын
Yes you’re correct, I didn’t study as much as I wanted cuz I had bills to pay so I needed to work, I thank God almighty for sending Richard brown my way if not for him I would have failed again.

I’m a repeat test taker, I failed the real on my second attempt, sincerely speaking I feel like giving up.

I'm glad to know that you're just weeks away from obtaining your license. Your attitude regarding deciding to go for it and give it a try as well as your sense of detachment to the outcome is inspiring. My advice, once you get into the field, is to treat every day as a positive learning experience and to pay very close attention to details. I'm confident that you'll achieve success and I wish you a joyful experience! 👍

Thanks so much - I know I said this before, but I really appreciate your comments on my videos! I will take your advice and treat each day as a learning experience. Hope you're doing well too.

I wanted to move to Canada one day and watched your vids about your job search struggles as software engineer. Being a fellow software engineer myself I had a good laugh that you ended up switching careers (I mean it in a good spirited way). Good luck in your ventures !

this is expensive, but I may consider doing this only so i can get access to more detailed data more easily. That and I will not be at the mercy of some car sales men. Im looking to buy a home soon, since its going to cost upwards of 600k-800k. The investment of 4k seems pale in comparison.

Take my advice and don't get to this idiotic profession for the following reasons: 1) it's probably the most hated field and your friend will look at you differently 2) people are pissed and the days of 2.5% commissions on multi-million dollar properties are about to end 3) we are facing a very long period of very low activity with the exception of panic movements in either direction. Learn a trade, buy a business from someone who retires, do something you can do remotely in case you have to move out from here.
