Justin, we are officially thanking you for all of this. You had no skills, no experience and absolutely nothing other than a lust for power and daddy's last name, and you decided that was good enough to run a country. Run a country into the f****** ground! You f****** child! Please do us all a favor and f****** retire! You've done your damage, now go home.

Subscribed u right away when u spoke about the reality of people not making 100k but owning a condo in dt ! Myself making 100k and used to be living in prime dt didnt understand how some people afford the housing, most live on debt abd credit cards to afford that lifestyle and some live the condos boight by their parents as gifts. Also, understood how many people stay rich is because they have a guided education on letting them know what would make the more money.

Toronto feeds on young people being willing to share and to rent way to expensive apt in my opinion. I am happy for you that you became older, got more mature and has other things that makes you happy and balance your self and life.❤🥰

I grew up in the city. Never thought I'd want to leave. Once I left for school, I never wanted to come back. I've watched it turn into a turd. I'm leaving this country for good...nothing here for me. Enslavement is not my idea of a good life. It isn't worth the cost of living, in my opinion.

Should also note that a "regular" salaried job at the median salary (let's say between $75k and $100k) is not longer a viable path toward home ownership. Increasingly, homes can only be afforded by business owners, those with rich parents or generational wealth, or those who lucked out with stocks.

The Toronto area is a crap set up, but to be honest im sure many cities in North America are the same, all work and travel. What people aren't realizing is the large businesses have left many supporting communities surrounding the area leaving everyone going to Toronto. Basically they centralized their business without thinking how it will effect people's lives and the community as a whole. Add in the fact housing was left solely to the private sector. This meant too many condos built downtown as investment and too many houses in the burbs instead of density. Plus many things that are bulit are supposedly are "luxury". Add in that transit investment was either delayed or fought over for a long time.

I actually like Winnipeg a lot! From BC originally and then a decade in Montreal. We get -40C there too, but for some reason don't get roasted as much over the climate

Speaking about opportunities in Toronto. With 7.9% unemployment in Toronto it's not so easy either. With the non stop influx of new immigrants every year it won't improve the situation, not enough jobs for everyone.

If we ever get to the point where the arctic passage is a viable shipping route, climate change has made our lives hard enough that this new trade passage won’t matter that much.

Commuting from Richmond hill to downtown Toronto is not nearly as bad as the thousands of people who commute a whole hour from Barrie. With the traffic and construction it turns into a joke

Winnipeg is the second coldest city in Canada. Temperatures in the winter can hit -40 pretty often and that is without wind chill. Accuweather listed both Winnipeg and Yellowknife as 2 of the top 5 coldest cities in the world. I just think you got lucky on the week you went. I've been saying though that the GTA area doesn't nearly get as cold as people think it does. Other places in Canada and the US get way colder but majority of the people live in the GTA so the assumption of "harsh Toronto winters" gets pushed out there.

Great video! It sucks how everything is priced. I always say, imo if you went to college/university, your first job should be paying you enough to move out of your parents house and live comfortably. Ik that's obvious not the case but it's a huge problem.

living standard worst than the third world . when most canadians are in survival mode eventho they slave their ass 7 days a week . canada is not good for the working class , its good for those who dont wanna work and rather live off government wellfare and food banks and good for the rich business men who pay almost no taxes , the working class funds both .if you re young then run for your life before its too late and seek a better life somewhere else . canada is a shit hole 2 star hotel charging 5 star fees .

You are completely out of touch and clueless about the real housing crisis situation for average everyday Canadians as a property owner. Renters are royally fucked $2000 per month for a shit hole is completely out of reach for any working-class person making below $90K per year. It's just grinding to hear you blathering on like this is a dignified option for anyone to have to put a roof over their head. How did you attain what you attained? Did your parents co-sign for you, a little upstart capital given to you to get to where you are now? Ever been to a foodbank, ever wonder how it feels like to chose between paying rent or feeding yourself? You are obnoxiously ignorant.

So you and I are in the same boat. We are both educated, 'middle' class making above median wage. Me and my spouse both make a bit over 100k each. It doesn't matter though, because we didn't buy a property, and are still chasing the running away property values. At some point, I realized that having your own place, having a car, eating out here and there, and trying to live a decent but not lavish lifestyle is getting me nowhere. Currently delaying having kids. Welcome to Trudeau's Canada. Worst prime minister in history that ruined futures of generations. WORST. EVER.

Lower interest rates are only good for those in debt and marginally so. If you are investing money, higher interest is ideal for good returns, this includes anyone with a pension. If you want to see inflation drop, higher interest is a tough but necessary way to curb populous spending and inflation.

oh brother such snowflakes, loved living in Toronto. I only worried about getting the bills paid and a stable job. ton's of free things to do or where you can control the spending like street fests or down on the water front. Shop T&T great store fair prices big lines, whole sections of GTA like Orifus rd have outlet stores to go cheap. Many areas that cater to various groups like Gerrard Street for Indian goods, there are things like ROM Friday nights its free the Fringe festables for live plays so go ontbroadway. I was not born rich didn't have an great expectations, but you can live a great life with just a little work and so research and trust me not only fun but an adventure. Yes in smaller towns life is a bit cheaper but not really because entertainment go up in cost often. you live to your income don't go nuts you will not have these stresses - STOP TELLING YOUR SELF YOUR POOR STOP WINING AND JUST GET OUT FROM BEHIND THE COMPUTER - so much to do
