Thanks brother, Yes you can, however if you use their birth certificate it's advisable to use state who is going to take care of them if they are young, but if they are old and working you don't need to do that.

You only submit your documents, and you do it with a company either TLS or VFS. They are the middle person between you and the UK high commission
