Really outstanding Dr. Strong, thank you so much for your continued excellence in video education. I particularly liked how you gave some simple ideas and frameworks for feedback, gave a few specific tips, and then mentioned the most common mistakes to avoid. I further appreciated the immediate example at the end, with the visual cues on the right hand side, so the viewer can see exactly what you are doing. Any new faculty or anyone not skilled in feedback conversations could watch this video and have immediate steps to do this well. I am going to make it a mission to get every faculty member in clinical education in Arkansas watch this video.

Great content as always. What is the schedule for this year and what topics do you want to accomplice in the next years to come? Do you have in your plan to make a video about the basic neurological exam performed by nonneurologists and the interpretation of findings into frameworks as you very well do? Perhaps also your opinion on when to perform a lumbar puncture as everyone seem to be having different criteria. Or maybe examination of the oral cavity and common pathologies that internists should be wary about (dangerous vs nondangerous pharyngitis and tonsillitis, peritonsilar or worse retropharyngeal abscesses, and perhaps less obvious emergencies such as Lemierre syndrome, and Ludwig's angina workup). This could be an approach to sore throat, or an approach to epistaxis for instance. You cannot imagine how many people you have helped by this charitable work of yours. Even if you delete most of you videos, you have helped people more than any medical educational institution in the world. Much love from Greece and wish you health (and especially LUCK to blessed with one)
