Looks great!! Does the all glass wall provide adequate insulation? My enclosed patio has upper single pane windows but is not insulated. I’m interested in changing it out to all glass but with good insulation so we can be enjoy it in the hot summers and cold winters.

Can you explain the weep holes for the silicone outside. Did you say you drill a small hole on the outside extrusion? (Where exactly?) Also are you guys gong to get into the all glass roofs aswell?

We don't do as many glass roof, just because most systems weather over time. I do plan on doing a video at some point, if the right project comes up. We have a curved glass roof build from years ago as well, but those we're discontinued this year, due to the curved glass going up in price and generally being hard to service. Weep holes go above 1/2 inch up from the bottom of the concrete, on the bottom track. You can use a 1/4 in. Drill bit, or one size smaller. We line it up with the H tracks or Mullions bottom screw, just below it. Great questions, have a good rest of your day

How much sliope is on this roof? I see the side transoms and pocket windows, is there any insulated panels above this at all?

Hey M, there's not much slope on this roof. We generally use 1/4 to 1/2 inch per foot. Or 3 to 4 inches over the whole roof projection. It was a roughly 3 1/2 pitch for this project. We used Vinyl H channels to fill the top gap above the transoms, and some wallboard to account for slope of the concrete underneath. Hope this answer your questions, have a great rest of your day

Wouldn’t it have been better to clean that concrete or whatever they were going to do before put the room up? Same thing with cleaning the house. The concrete will probably need acid etching or if tiling, you want the connections to the floor after the tiling, pouring resin etc.. if you use the right materials, like greenhouse materials, you can get anti condensation glass or other materials. It’s done so condensation doesn’t drip on the plants and cause rot.
